Just watched them on SSN and SBP.

Thought he presented himself well, well spoken and sounds knowledgeable. Hopefully his manager skills follow suit :D

Also, Shaw's interview, I thought he said some home truths that were spot on :thinking about:

speaks very well ,not flamboyant like Boothroyd, but to the point

sounds like he wont take no shit,

said its upto the players to show what they're capable of,

has met with Joy Sepalla,

will make sure everyone is pulling in the right direction, players, staff and the board,

first thing is to halt the run of bad results

his interview on SBP is a very good listen, and as shit as it has been (is) he seems a capable set of hands of leaving this situation with! Interesting Geoff Foster said current staff are ona trial period to see how they get along, get the feeling he knows Rioch mind!!!

We need to get behind him now!

I counted 11 erms in the space of minute. "Joy Seppala undoubtedly has the best interests of the club at heart" sent a shiver through me, mind-she has a heart?

Listening to that last interview, there seemed to be a veiled threat to the players there. It doesn't sound like Robins has been given the go ahead to do more than bring in the odd loan at the minute. But, reading between the lines, I suspect he has been given the ok to ship players in and out in the next transfer window, subject, I assume, to the wage bill not exceeding the £4.2m and only spending on transfers any money he can generate from sales. I think he was suggesting the players will have to demonstrate their worth to this club or he will look to ship them out.
