That’s the thing and why I was asking mate, it said postal or e-ticket on confirmation email but didn’t say which. It’s got a link to click but goes to an error page.

The postman is delivering the email. It's all very straightforwards.
They post you the email and then you use that email to print off your tickets.
Which you then post to Wembley for you to then pick up your ticket at the ticket office on Saturday.

You're right russri, its confusing - ticketmaster are inept. But this is stated on the club website:
Ticketmaster will be distributing ALL Coventry City FC tickets direct, including those bought in person - all supporters will receive print at home tickets, sent via email. THIS WILL NOT HAPPEN IMMEDIATELY - TICKETS WILL BE SENT CLOSER TO THE MATCH.
Hope that clears it up. PUSB.
