Otis. Have you booked out all the trains from Norwich to Liverpool St ??? My train I'm booked on has just been cancelled on Saturday with no reason given. Should be ok with a later train but I'm losing valuable drinking time

The worry is contact Ticketmaster after 12:00 on Friday if not arrived - via a form. That gives them only a few hours to receive the form, check the details and the send out tickets to allow people to print at home before travelling .

I dropped all my tickets on the platform at Norwich and they got entangled with the engine.

They say there's so many, it will take weeks to extract them and therefore they had to cancel the service.
