Love the place. As random towns go Lincoln is quite nice, especially at the top of the aptly named ‘Steep Hill’.
Love the place.
Found myself in Lincoln during a steampunk festival on an acid fuelled road trip, really nice place. Must go back sober.
Try Cadiz nearby, lovely historic little city within reach of Seville.Any recommendations for Seville?
Going solo in May and booking a hostel

Been going since 2001, love the county, not as cheap as then but still live the people and the holidays we enjoy there.Been looking at Turkey but have always heard mixed reviews.
What’s everyone’s thoughts and any suggestions on an area to stay for me and the Missus that isn’t the Turkish Magaluf but still has a bit of life?
Been to Oludeniz twice and really liked it (last time about 10 years ago), quite chilled, great food. A blue lagoon. Hisaronu up the hill is a bit livelier. Would recommend it.Been looking at Turkey but have always heard mixed reviews.

The one country I would love to go back to again, never seen beaches like it in my life (Eagle beach being the most picturesque closely followed by Baby beach in the south of the island)
The House of Beer bar is superb there if you like craft beer. Some lovely restaurants in the Jewish quarter as well. Brilliant city.I’m in Krakow now, great place for a couple of days, it’s not taking my mind off Saturday though.
great squares, bars and food
