A fat lad from SheffieldSwans could get both Vente and Yates apparently. Wonder who else Robins has his sights on.

Looks like he is at Swansea today and was with us yesterday, lad doing his due diligence. Its a toss up by the sounds of it.
They’re signing yatesI've heard - and I usually don't get passed any information from anyone - that he's looking for reassurance that he'll get game time. That's at all clubs he's meeting with. So I guess it depends on what formation Robins has in mind - 1 or 2 up top - and whether Swansea are selling Piroe.
Provided we aren't signing Sharp. They’re signing yates
he’ll come to us
Why? Sharp will be 4th choiceProvided we aren't signing Sharp.
Sharpe is an insurance signing mainly for the bench apart from him and with this now Godden rumour I think we will sign another two strikers, could be a loan, will be a few premier players up for grabs loan wise once their squads have been released.Provided we aren't signing Sharp.
Now where have I seen that before....Ventes goal scoring looks even more impressive last season when you look at how many (few) his team scored. Wasn't far off scoring half of their goals.

You say that but Jonson Clarke-Harris scores everywhere but for usReally want this bloke. Yes its not a great level but he clearly knows where the net is, and Robins works wonders with Strikers
Even so he looked a good player bitd. Personal issues when he was younger was the story, I thinkYou say that but Jonson Clarke-Harris scores everywhere but for us
I mean I liked JCH - just think it was one of those times, Robins didn’t work to his StrengthsEven so he looked a good player bitd. Personal issues when he was younger was the story, I think
Robins had a pretty mixed record with strikers didn't he? Sparky and Godden were the successes but nothing else really until VikI mean I liked JCH - just think it was one of those times, Robins didn’t work to his Strengths
I thought there was something with Chaplin. I think he was a confidence player though, when he missed a couple it just dipped. Best move all around when he was moved onRobins had a pretty mixed record with strikers didn't he? Sparky and Godden were the successes but nothing else really until Vik

Yes, I like Tyler too. In the right set up for him and motivated to keep fit he'll score some goals.Same with Walker I think, can see him going somewhere where he gets a run of games, and scoring a decent return.
To be fair we do have the beaches. Not much else but we do have them…. Oh and Joes ice cream.if he wants to live in Swansea then fuck him
Not at all. He’s managed McGoldrick, Leon Clarke, McNulty, Godden and Vik. With the exception of Wilson, he’s managed our best performing strikers post-premiership.Robins had a pretty mixed record with strikers didn't he? Sparky and Godden were the successes but nothing else really until Vik

Out of how many though? There's 4 strikers in the squad every season. Not at all. He’s managed McGoldrick, Leon Clarke, McNulty, Godden and Vik. With the exception of Wilson, he’s managed our best performing strikers post-premiership.
Chaplin was sold for a profit despite not really living up to expectation. We’ve only really messed up buying Waghorn and not getting the most from Walker and JCH.
That's true, I was thinking in the current spell...Leon Clark

Probably a good time to show him while its empty, if he saw the creatures that populate it every other week he'd run a mile.Sunderland fans seem to think they are showing this guy round their stadium today.

We sold Chaplin to a team in a higher division and made a profit. He didn’t reach the same heights with us as he did with Ipswich, but the signing can hardly be considered a failure.I thought there was something with Chaplin. Might be legs in that Sunderland link thenHe is clueless anyway.

He is but I’m not overly convinced by the link anyway. Source doesn’t look the best. Might just be his agent stirring it up.He is clueless anyway.
I watched one of those Facebook live things he does once a few years back, i asked one question, this is the only question i have ever asked Turner... "Do you think the club is likely to offer Michael Rose a new contract, i feel its something that they need to tie down asap." Turners response was that he didn't think it was a priority. He is clueless anyway.
