So when they said 'Soon', did they actually mean 'in a few more days'?
All kidding aside it is a bit shit. Most teams on social media who do teasers normally reveal all within hours. Going so late last night, I would have thought this morning would have been the time.

It's all a bit amateur.

To be honest I'm bored with the whole thing.
Will he stay or will he go crap.
Revealing the new shirt tease.
Feels like we're a bunch of kids having the piss taken out of us by a load of twatty adults.

Tbh I'm not that arsed by the wait after the tease. Obviously I want to see the new kit asap but we know we'll see it before the FGR game on Tuesday so I don't see the point in getting het up. My guess would be some point today or tomorrow, in the mean time they're just getting people talking about it.

Which is the whole point of marketing
They are also increasing the anticipation which somehow increases sales too apparently

Who honestly gives a shit? It'll be revealed when its revealed and on sale when it's on sale.

Bunch of grown men excited about other peoples work clothes.

Surely people that don't give a shit about the new 2023-24 kit have the option of not opening something called'2023-24 New Kit Thread'
Fair point but just be mindful yourself if you say you don't give a shit about something then can't help yourself when you have a dabble later.

Cheers, watch out for me in the Ashes thread in case I slip up. Although if I did say I don't like cricket it's just a setup

is this the first shirt sleeve sponsor we have had?

My wild guess is they have thrown us a curveball with that tease:

XL - sleeves
G&R - shorts
CBS - back of shirt
Frasers - Front

Mike Ashley new chairman handshake on the pitch with Hamer in new shirt and contract signed

So far doesn’t seem like the big sponsors Doug wanted turned up. Assume he got a bit more money though as heard he asked for a lot more.

this is sleeve so would be a smaller deal as its usually just on one side.

Still back and front to announce could get interesting

I think Tynan Scooe quote in the article suggested it’s a big level of support from their previous deal. Whether that’s that sleeve was more expensive than their previous location or they’re just charging more I’m not sure.
