Just making it off twenty minutes watching the game, but for a potential £8m I’d expect him to stand out against this opposition friendly or not, same for van Ewijk.

If he scores 20 goals he’s a bargain whatever else he does, but he’s missed some easy passes today and isn’t really impacting how you’d hope. I think he needs someone else alongside him putting him through rather than the other way around.
