Hopefully a few cameo appearances before Christmas. Be nice to hear the crowd roar for him as he steps into the pitch.

Looking at those photos of Callum O'HARE in the gym at Ryton he's not short of a muscle 💪 or two.

I had an ACL reconstruction as a consequence of a football injury. The surgery isn't that bad ( muscle is taken from the thigh to construct a new ligament ) but the real issue is potential muscle wastage due to the initial bed rest. The physio is intense to say the least and the new ligament is only well and truly good to go once it has developed its own new blood vessels. This is why it takes so long to come back from an injury of this nature. It can also cause cartilage issues later on.

Defo! Id expect him to have hit his strength markers by now as an elite athlete but as you say the graft needs plenty of time...

In Italy they do a 3-6 month return protocol and they get so many recurrences despite good strength recovery because the graft just isnt ready

Did anyone listen to Robins? Someone mentioned he said Thomas is injured which is a bit of a worry given he looked really good vs Leicester?

That's ok. We've spent 20 millions on 2 wank forwards, we'll be fine.........
