We might be holding back because clubs might be asking for inflated fees as they know we’ve got a bit of cash.I'm very interested to see how much of the Hamer money will be invested in new players .

Is that the correct medical terminology?Tbf I think a lot of us on here would look world beaters against Dabo
Interestingly he's failed a medical at Charlton. I can see him retiring from the game early, his hip is clearly fucked
There is of course confidentiality and disclosure regulations. Which is often why clubs don't say much about players injuries as it can impact on their futures. The source I had for it is in day to day contact with the players

A medical might throw up concerns for one club but maybe seen as a lesser problem for another?
I think that is broadly right but there are always clubs whose owners want money and cave in near the end of any window. We have been at the club in the past with Players like Maddison.Expecting the next 10 days to be absolutely ridiculous in the transfer market. Expect to see us linked with players all over the place for inflated prices. Starting to think hanging tight and just bringing in a couple of loans might not be the worst idea.
Suspect if we get Kitching this might be the case. A very late deal.I think that is broadly right but there are always clubs whose owners want money and cave in near the end of any window. We have been at the club in the past with Players like Maddison.
It’s like a big game of chicken ….. for those of a certain vintage !
That would be goodSeems that story about the failed medical wasn't true. According to the local rag Charlton have offered him a contract but he's got other offers on the table so is training with them while he decides
better to buy in the summer than January but I agree to not paying over the oddsExpecting the next 10 days to be absolutely ridiculous in the transfer market. I guess it's Brekalo or Kitching, both seem as if they'll cost around the sameSuspect if we get Kitching this might be the case. A very late deal.
Or he’s offered a contract that accounts for the medical condition
I thought the same but not the age profile.Just seen Jamal Lowe is leaving Bournemouth, fits the profile for the attacker MR mentioned
Thought he went to QPR?Think he tried to bring Lowe in during the Jan window but he went to Portsmouth for guaranteed football
Think he did.Thought he went to QPR?
Brooke norton cuffy would be a good investment

We have one specialist rwb lolWhy? We've got enough to cover in that area now
We have one specialist rwb lol
Still not specialists and you know itSakamoto has played twice as many games out wide as at AM in his career.
Latibeaudiere has played 40% of his games out wide.
Eccles has started more games at RWB than any other position.
Exactly how specialist are we looking for? A PhD?
Still not specialists and you know it
Also have some shame. You argued with everyone that saka wasn't a wing back a month ago

Don't chat shit though. We don't have more cover than other positions. Unless saka truly is a wingback.otherwise it's makeshift cover.Drop it. Our budget is better spent elsewhere.
It is though. Even if we did sign another it's doubtful they even make the benchDon't chat shit though. We don't have more cover than other positions. Unless saka truly is a wingback.otherwise it's makeshift cover.
I don't mind budget being used elsewhere just think it's funny people say the one position we may only have one true option is the most well stocked.
One specialist cover is better than 3 makeshift options as cover though. It is though. Even if we did sign another it's doubtful they even make the bench
Would someone like Norton-Cuffey come here to play second fiddle though?Fresh legs to come on at rwb when Milan tires and competition to keep him on his toes

Don't really think Arsenal would be willing to loan him out to Cov knowing that he wouldn't get much first team football eitherWould someone like Norton-Cuffey come here to play second fiddle though?
It would be up to him to win the right back spot back. Although I think he could develop into a cm very impressed with his engine he's just a bit raw but could develop into a super playerWould someone like Norton-Cuffey come here to play second fiddle though?
