I don’t understand why people defend Kelly so much, yes he’s captained us in a play off final but didn’t really have anything to do with us getting there other than a couple of decent performances as an emergency. He’s a L1 player, no other team would have him in their squad let alone starting in this league. He’s been brilliant for us, and I have no problem with him for the record.

Last 10 games of the season he was one of the best players.

I am pleased Binks is starting. It will be interesting to see how he does. Surprised that Thomas has been dropped for Ladibeudiere, given the Jamaican games. However, Thomas wasn't great v Watford and Ladibeudiere has been impressive so far.
Thought Sakamota would have started ahead of Ayari. Hopefully, he will show more work rate than has in his cameos. Great to see Jamie Allen in the fold. Maybe he will get some minutes with the prospect of getting up to speed quicker due to Sheaf injury.

And his experience was more useful than his actual ability or contribution in the last 10 games.

Kelly should be an emergency cover squad player now, not first call if there is an injury.
