It was disjointed and we looked more like the away side doing a smash and grab than the home side. But new team needs wins to breed confidence and cohesion so I’ll take it all day long. Limp through Norwich then hopefully we’ve got a few key players back and the season can actually start.

Better result than performance, but two wins in a row and at an important time for us. Norwich look very poor at the moment so fingers crossed we can get a positive result at the weekend as well. Wright a lot better when he came on today (although that shot at the end was both awfully executed and terrible decision making).

That was a very poor performance against a decent but toothless Blackburn side. I'm more than happy to see us win with a bit of grit.

Got the three points so it'll do, though fuck knows how we'll be getting a balanced midfield together and worried as fuck as the three left standing one is a kid who is learning, one is just back from a major health scare and the other has been susceptible to injuries in the past.

Haji looked in two minds. Took it slow but then had a shot

Why he didn’t run it into the corner I do not know. Some of his decisions are very bizarre! If we would have conceded after that it would have 100% been his fault. Awful shot too

Imagine playing awful football, a bad injury list, having lost 50 goals from last season and have the majority of the fan base question the new signings...

And there only be 2 teams with less defeats than you and be 3 points away from 5th place?!
Meditate and no bed wetting! It's a better life to live!

Criticised him at half time but Ayari brilliant play for the goal.

It was a bit shit but just what we needed. Had a horrible feel of Huddersfield again at the end but thankfully not.

And people claim Ben Wilson doesn't contribute to us keeping clean sheets? Absolute joke. Making key saves just like he did last season.

There was some turgid stuff at the start of last season. We desperately need to spend some money on the midfield in January though.
Still find it weird he’s reluctant to play Simms and Wright together.
Hopefully we will see it soon. Didn't think today was Goddens greatest game by a long stretch. He probably should have scored his chance.

How would it be his fault. There would be 10 players behind him

You can't fault his shot stopping it's his distribution that still needs work
