Robins comes across very well

Sounds like both Sakamoto and Wright have struggled with the move to the UK in their own ways - a lot of time devoted to explaining how hard it is for foreign players to move to a new country

The comment about O’Hare putting on weight makes it sound like he may not be quite the same player he was when we last saw him

King admitting that it was a bit “random” for him to buy the club was in itself extremely random

It was random because SISU owed him money. They didnt have a pot to piss in, so the club was the payment...........

No player has joined the club since Mark was in charge that Robins didn’t sign.

If the right midfielder becomes available in Jan we will be bold and try to secure them

Robins recognised that more pace outside ( wide forward ) would add flexibility to our current playing style and formation.

They have decided the money will not be worth it as the they have been told for safety reasons they can't give the away fans the space and facilities such as bars and toilets without giving them large parts of the concourse behind the north or east stands that are needed for home fans. You seem to think you can give them a corner and that is all that is needed, you need to take into count all this and other logistics such as enough turnstiles etc.

The safe standing is for 13/14/15 and is to deal with the constant standing that the club are constantly warned about.

This is from the people owe own and run the stadium.

Also the 2000 empty seats is the wish of SAG, if the sag didn't want segregation of that account we would be able to sell tickets in the south stand as we did before for home fans

Either way, money will need to be spent or Doug will be throwing away 2000 tickets whenever we demand a sell out. In the Premier League, that would be every week.

It's obviously not easy, it would cost millions to move the away fans. It's something that needs sorting, despite the cost.

Not sure the SAG have fully explained the reason they had to segregate home fans from each other in a play off semi final. The fact Doug is mentioning the fact that he goes everywhere and sees fans next to each other is important. It's an issue that needs addressing because we are not far away from needing those seats.

When Leeds come to town, or Leicester, we'll have thousands of empty seats, despite the demand being there.

What did he say?
It’s the way he is. He praises others and takes no credit
He is like a brother uncle dad to the players
He doesn’t moan at his cards he just plays them
Just a bloody good man
Some of the questions were beyond stupid but overall excellent
Asked my lad if he wanted a picture and he said no because he’s just a fan and robins needs to be something separate and out of reach

Right, thought he’d said something specific.

But agreed, he seems like a top bloke and you can see why he gets the most out of players.

You'd have thought physios and management would have been watching and monitoring O'Hare very closely in his recovery. 'Bulked up' doesn't sound the most professional does it.

This was also emphasised by Vincent kompany , who states it can take over a year for foreign players to truly settle

Every clown that fails to appreciate this point will know someone who's moved away and taken time to settle but it always comes down to how much footballers are paid..

People think a large pay packet should remedy any negative physical or mental impact of what's going on in their daily life.

I don’t get why no one asked about the academy and why robins doesn’t use it… midfield crisis and no academy player gets a sniff… it would have been good too if Doug sees it as a long term investment like we think it should be…

I still think because our rise was quite fast that We've outgrown it somewhat in its current state

Yeah, part of the reason we suddenly got players come through was because the players we'd recruited when in the Championship were turning professional when we'd hit League 2. Same applies in reverse, those recruited as schoolboys when in league 2 would be coming through now.

If we get Burroughs and Howley in the squad next season it'll be a start and a couple on the bench atm making a few appearances, then it'll be green shoots of recovery there.

Robins saying we'll be surprised with O'Hare because he's bulked up a little. He's been knocking on his door telling Mark he's ready.

Same happened with Jones, they’ve got fuck all else to do for a year but build upper body strength.

If we had anybody good enough, they would be used.
Why use an academy player, who is not up to championship standard, just because they are from the academy.

We have used academy players out of necessity in the past, not because we have a good academy, just because we had nobody else.
It pretty much got us relegated from league one.
