Slipping into and unwanted scrap without a pitch to blame it on. Hard times.

How much lower do we go before he changes it tactically?

Box formation, Simms up top on his own, play more direct have runners off Simms, worked for Sunderland when he was there, O'Hare and Tats either side, send Ayari back once Palmer and Allen are back. Two up top is clearly not working plain to see, was the same with Vik and Godden.

Team of individuals on show tonight no heart no spirit Da Silva worst game in a sky blue shirt tonight. 16 corners the quality of the ball in has been shocking what fo you do leave the lad take the 17th corner if you get one. Look to have ran out of ideas very working performance tonight now I'm off to change my bed

When he's not scoring it can be a big problem to the team, because he's just rather slow. We were putting through balls up to him tonight and he was easily outpaced.
He seems to have got slower and with very little support from Simms and Wright he is being shown up.

I can remember three times off the top of my head, each time he was easily outpaced or outmuscled.
I can only remember one where I thought he might have done better.

We're so slow moving the ball forward that he's feeding mostly on scraps. Simms got in better positions but seems slow pulling the trigger, probably a confidence thing.

I don't get the hatred for Godden, personally, but it's all about opinions I guess...

I don’t get the characterisation of simply ranking our three strikers over the last few games as hatred but there you go.

Fucking shite. Look totally toothless up front yet can concede at will from set pieces, even if we bring everyone back.

31 corners in two games, and we haven't even looked like being remotely dangerous from any of them.

Surely it must be obvious that the way were set up is not working and we've got to rethink. We've got the players, we're not getting anything out of them.

Come off it mate, if you think some of the comments regarding Godden on here are objectively and calmly ranking strikers, then you're not bothering to read the thread or you need better spectacles.

That is the most frustrating thing for me . The majority of the signings have a decent championship pedigree , and in MvE and Sakamoto we thought we were getting game changers .
The style of play at times is mind numbingly slow and painful to watch
Robins has to make big decisions now and take a few more risks regarding selection

MR:

Really disappointed
OK first half
Had lots of possession and not used it
Poor goals to concede
Masters of our own downfall
Had chances to win and not taken them
Element of luck in their keeper making saves
Didn't defend properly
Needed to play with higher tempo
Players not following the detailed instructions for defending set pieces
Lacking in the middle, not energetic or athletic enough
Not good enough on or off the ball
Hopefully being in a shit league position won't hurt the players
No doubt these are good players
Maybe strikers need more concentration on connecting with the ball

Literally all I said was he’s been the worst of the three. I think he has. I don’t hate the guy, Injust don’t think he offers anything when not scoring and he’s not scoring 🤷🏻‍♀️

He’s one of those that’s on the “do not criticise” list though I guess. I’ll post a donkey GIF of a 22 year old instead so I don’t cause so much trouble.

@duffer this is a shitty post. Apologies. But I’m in a shitty mood. Not your fault.

Just another comment to add to the rational informative posts of mine

I don’t like this team, it’s all players on 4 year deals who seem slow and lethargic and lack the get up and go of previous teams under MR

half the reason I’m frustrated is because we’ve signed all these supposedly good players for lots of money, and I think we’ve lost something in teams of what worked so well for us previously
