Off the ground, no control, late. 20 years ago, maybe but not that should be a red.I can. It was a booking imo.
Arsenal are fighting fire with fire. Newcastle remind me of prime shithousing Athletico MadridVery fiery affair this game!

He’s make the bad tackle, 3 Newcastle players end up getting booked

The angle doesn't help, his trailing leg catches him not the leading one, he was going for a block not a tackle I think. In reality he barely touched him.Off the ground, no control, late. 20 years ago, maybe but not that should be a red.

Ball went backwards towards gordon so don't really matter how many players are behind or in front of the ball.I thought he was offside 2 players between you and the goal.
You can be offside if the ball goes backwards as per the spurs sporting game last seasonBall went backwards towards gordon so don't really matter how many players are behind or in front of the ball.
Antony subbed again, one of the biggest Premier League flops in the last few years. What was he, £85m?

The whole club are like this, fans, players and manager. Hate the club.Arteta is not happy surprise surprise, he really is a bad loser.
But he's unable to explain why the goal should have been disallowed... Just "reasons"Arteta is not happy surprise surprise, he really is a bad loser.
i can, it was out, it was a foul and it was offsideBut he's unable to explain why the goal should have been disallowed... Just "reasons"
i can, it was out, it was a foul and it was offside
There is zero conclusive evidence for any of them so the on field decision has to stand. Simple.i can, it was out, it was a foul and it was offside
The foul was blatant to be fair, two straight arms in the back. There is zero conclusive evidence for any of them so the on field decision has to stand. Simple.
because you hit the bold text button.definitely looked a Foul
why is my writing dark black
If we use the pen that we gave away yesterday as a barometer then what Joelinton did can be considered a viscous and brutal assault and can consider himself lucky to not be behind bars.definitely looked a Foul
why is my writing dark black
I wouldn't say blatant, one of them that are sometimes given, sometimes aren't. Gabriel is already leaning forward & is under the ball, tries to buy a cheap one. Point is, it's subjective so can't be disallowed on that basis. The foul was blatant to be fair, two straight arms in the back.
cheers mate , what a liabilitybecause you hit the bold text button.
I get what you mean, it probably falls under the auspices of "not clear and obvious" although I do think it was.I wouldn't say blatant, one of them that are sometimes given, sometimes aren't. Gabriel is already leaning forward & is under the ball, tries to buy a cheap one. Point is, it's subjective so can't be disallowed on that basis.
I thought Man Utd's goal that was disallowed was a poor decision by whoever was doing the VAR & referee. Maguire may have tried to touch the ball but he didn't and his action didn't affect anyone else so goal should have stood for me. VAR is only there for clear and obvious errors allegedly. It took over 3 minutes for the refereeing team to come up with a decision. Before we know it VAR will be used by these clowns to decide if a player's hair was offside and whether it should be a corner or goal kick.
Why not? Consistency is the most important thing, after all. Before we know it VAR will be used by these clowns to decide if a player's hair was offside and whether it should be a corner or goal kick.
With the Newcastle goal VAR should surely have only been used to check there was no handball or offside before it was put in the net. It's not there to check if the ball went out of play or if there was a foul as that is up to the referee and linesman. Why not? Consistency is the most important thing, after all.
