The FA Cup game is a tenner for adults and a fiver for kids

The JPT is a fiver for adults and then free for kids

Hopefully the JPT game will get a decent attendance.

Can't say I am at all bothered about the FA Cup.

Since I was a kid it was always 'can we do it this year' and it was always a dream and brought great excitement to my footballing world. We were in the top league though back then weren't we.

It was always doable back then and with a bit of good luck in the draw and a half-decent side it was a dream that could become reality.

In League One we have got zero chance of winning it. Pretty much zero chance of making it past 2 or 3 rounds. It is just an irritation and distraction from the job in hand in the league.

I am not at all interested in it at all this season and won't be until we are back in the Championship.

The JPT is doable, albeit yet another distraction, but the FA Cup has started to lose a bit of magic anyway, and even more so for the likes of us now bobbing along aimlessly in the 3rd tier of professional football.

Season ticket holders should be allowed free entry to both competitions and everyone else should pay £10.

Me and my mates are pretty diehard, all home games and several away games. So using that sample as the reasoning behind my thoughts.
I think the JPT will be a pretty low turn out, don't know anyone who is going and I won't be. Same for the FA cup game.

Thought the JPT game was on the telly anyway. Don't see myself going to the FA Cup game either.

think that FA cup matches have to be a certain price...so that a lesser team can make some money out of it

Sadly agree. The fa cup is a sideshow in many ways not just for us but for most teams. I loved the cup matches back in the day.

Yep. A real buzz about them.

Lately it has become a cup of the elite.

Last 20 years has panned out thus in terms of eventual winners.

From 1991/2

Liverpool
Arsenal
Arsenal
Man U
Everton
Man U
Chelsea
Arsenal
Man U
Chelsea
Liverpool
Arsenal
Arsenal

Arsenal
Liverpool
Chelsea
Portsmouth
Chelsea

Man City
Chelsea

Become rather predictable other than that one season Pompey won it.

I hope we get near 10k for the Arseley game, it is on a Saturday after all. they get half the gate money, which is crucial for grass root clubs, but it will probably be nearer 6-7k

Anyone know if they are available online yet, they werent an hour ago.
