I really don’t understand why he fucked with a system that yielded 7 points from the previous three games

This is on Robins, should never have changed a team who won two games on the bounce by bringing in one poor player and one who is nowhere near match fit.

People going on about bad we are is a bit ridiculous. Fans don’t seem to notice the opposition sometimes. Ipswich are very good and it’s likely we’d have been thrashed with any formation. They’re a better side than us. I remember the same thing against Norwich a couple of years ago. It’s sad to watch but it doesn’t mean that Robins is a c**t or ‘needs to explain’. He’s changed things in an attempt to mitigate against this very decent team and we’re not strong enough.
He's damned either way tbh . We play 3 strikers and they pull us apart we would all be asking why he wasn't more pragmatic

O'Hare looks a mile off the player he was , sad to see

Very strange call to start him when he’s still edging back to full fitness. Chucking him in with Ayari, who’s not been playing at all, is frankly bizarre unless there’s injuries we’re not aware of.

edit - could’ve understood it more if we’d got a midweek game

I've a feeling Brighton have had a whisper about Ayaris playing time

Disagree shmeee, I’d say probably six

Look at our underlying stats. We’re better than out league position. You’re just used to back to back success. This is the first time we’ve lost a first team player we didn’t want to really. We’re OK. Letting in 2 away to Ipswich it literally what everyone else does. They’re a good side. Especially at home.

Terrible first half performance by us to a newly promoted side.
Robins has to make changes for 2nd half but something tells me he won't until we're another 2 goals down!

Ipswich were really impressive but that was shite from us. Changing the system to fit O'Hare in, then attempting to play 2 central "8's" as the wide players in a 5, and we're just gifting space and have no out ball as we have zero width. There is absolutely nothing for Ipswich to fear from us here.

Sakamoto and Godden needing rests I can understand. But then at least have Simms down the middle and Wright on one of the sides.

and if we’d have gone there having not changed things up and lost as we probably would have done

MR would have been labelled naive for thinking we could go toe to toe with them

Such a tinpot attitude, they've just been promoted from League One.

Looked to have finally found a winning system, change a winning team to having a passenger and a fraud in midfield and a shit narrow formation away to the leading championship scorers. Yep, I’m totally gobsmacked we’re losing!
We'd be losing by more and struggling to get out of our own half with our usual system against their style of play.

I want to know how this can be blamed on Sakamoto.
Poor Sakamoto. He's currently chained up in the dressing room. They've fed him raw liver for the past week and hit him with a slipper repeatedly. Robins is going to unleash him at half time I reckon.

We are making these look like Barca, set up scared of them, gave them a free run at us and are now might as well get back on the bus.

This one is on Robins, pay them too much respect by changing the shape after 3 games without conceding a goal says you don't think we are good enough to beat Ipswich...FFS must frustrated i have been all season. Cant carry 3 players in a game and win it, Allen, Wright and Ayari might as well of stayed at home..

I wouldn't change a thing let these 11 play themselves out of the next starting 11 or fight to show they actually care. Embarrassing performance by everyone including manager and coaches.
