I'm still in absolute awe of this pic.
Great pic, but just loved both the Houchen goals more, they'd just equalised and were on top when we broke away and both at our end, I still love watching the goals on YTI'm still in absolute awe of this pic.
It was the quarter final. I missed the league game but I got a tracker bar!Was it that fame or the quarter final where they wee throwing tracker bars into the crowd?
Absolutely agree. Great exchange of passes and Regis' powerful run starting in his own half and then the shot. Regis was brilliant that day but we tend to think of Houchen as he scored two goals. Because of a mess up in getting tickets I was in with Sheffield Wednesday fans and almost level with where Regis scored.
The Tracker bars are one of the few things I remember about that day for some reason! It was the quarter final. I missed the league game but I got a tracker bar!
I loved the QF although it was ridiculously cramped in Leppings Lane lower. City fans made a proper noise that day . I remember feeling gutted when Wednesday equalised as Cov had dominated the game.Absolutely agree. Great exchange of passes and Regis' powerful run starting in his own half and then the shot. Brilliant day but the semi final was even better. In many ways better than the final.
just posted this and we draw them at HillsboroughI loved the QF although it was ridiculously cramped in Leppings Lane lower. City fans made a proper noise that day . I remember feeling gutted when Wednesday equalised as Cov had dominated the game.
Was great seeing Oggy score there too in the League There was a bit of laughter before the cheering started
The noise after they equalised was incredible and their fans were right behind them for a couple of minutes and we had to dig in and hold on which we did. Probably my favourite game that season and the best I think that we played.I loved the QF although it was ridiculously cramped in Leppings Lane lower. City fans made a proper noise that day . Just watched the highlights on youtube and it mentioned this funnily enough, 23 home FA Cup matches dating back to 1973Apparently they hadn't lost a home cup tie since 1974, I don't know how many ties that actually was.
Over 48000 packed in there tooJust watched the highlights on youtube and it mentioned this funnily enough, 23 home FA Cup matches dating back to 1973
The roar from their end when they equalised still one of my abiding memories of that day.......great stadium..Can't remember, I was just mesmerised how big there Kop was

Out of the 14 league games, only 4 haven’t made it to general sale. The system in place is fair.I do hope there are additional tickets. I have been to Leeds, Sunderland and Middlesboro away recently.
It really isn't a fair system which has been talked about in length on this forum. A proportion of tickets should go to a ballot.
