Nothing linking him to Cov, but I do wonder what the staff thinks of Duncan McGuire. Reported offers over the last month from Wednesday, Blackburn, and a couple of continental clubs as well.
Was excellent in his first MLS season. Great in-the-box movement and classic poacher #9. Play style reminds me a lot of Godden but with a bigger frame. Orlando has a history of pulling strikers out of university and quickly developing them. Did the same with Daryl Dike (West Brom) and Cyle Larin (Mallorca). However, with all the money spent on Wright and Simms in the summer, I just don't think they reach down and spend the $$ necessary though.
Tom Bogert (the MLS/American version of Fabrizio) on his situation.
Problem is when there's no solid rumours I start to buy into the bullshit even though I know its bullshit...It’s very obviously not true, but in the land of fuck all rumours the bullshitter is king I guess.
Except the fact he was shite when we played him down the middle and only started to look good when he played on the left?????Making Wright work as a CF makes sense in a lot of ways: he’s basically our top scorer, a LW is generally easier to get than a CF.
You don’t move haji from the left imoExcept the fact he was shite when we played him down the middle and only started to look good when he played on the left?????
Its regarding availability, if he was injured or unavailable to play them for a reason outside of football the clause wouldnt come into effect of course
Its a normal thing regarding loan deals where players need to play a certain amount of games
It's a bad acid trip is what it is. 🫨This Bobb rumour is definitely a windup
If he was the "centre forward" he wouldn't have to exclusively operate centrally. He could still operate in the left forward slot...Except the fact he was shite when we played him down the middle and only started to look good when he played on the left?????
Proof of it being a windup? This Bobb rumour is definitely a windup
Proof that it isn't?Proof of it being a windup?
I’ve said it allProof that it isn't?
You’re literally the only one that’s said it. Surely saddlebrains would have heard the sameProof of it being a windup?
But that's not true anyway.Except the fact he was shite when we played him down the middle and only started to look good when he played on the left?????
Think about that for a minute. You've claimed we are close to signing a very unrealistic target and seem to know every facet of the deal. You just surely accept that to the outsiders perspective it's deeply suspicious.I’ve said it all
Arriving in the next few daysProof of it being a windup?
He played for man city against Tottenham FridayProof that it isn't?
Yes he’s unrealisticIs Oscar Bobb that unrealistic? Be a great signing on paper, but I’m not sure there’s a PL club that he’s getting regular game time for. Aside from maybe one of the bottom 3 or 4, which would probably be bad for his development anyway.

He is also 21 in July and not home grown, born in Norway so he has to be in the 25 man Man City first team squad or on loan and they are only allowed 8 I believe. City are another club with loads of U/21 players and believe it or not ffp issues. Is Oscar Bobb that unrealistic? And coming to a Championship side would be good ? The bottom 3 are only just better than they were last season, which was Championship.
Looks like a good prospect on paper but can't see Man City wanting anything less than stupid money for a potential starlet.
A hopeless dream. And we move on.
Couple of questions then.Yes he’s unrealistic
We do need to stop making out we're an unattractive proposition these days, we're a real top end Championship club now and we play good football under a good manager.

Crystal Palace? Fulham? Any number of top flight European clubs? Even if we accepted he was moving to the championship you've got the likes of Leeds, Southampton, Leicester......Couple of questions then.
How much game time is he getting while they’re in a fight for the PL now KDB, Doku, and Grealish are fit? Next to none.
Is going to a bottom side who have very little of the ball a good thing? Does he start regularly for anyone bar Sheff Utd, and Luton? I’m not convinced he does.
On the flip side, you want to send a player to a club where they’re almost guaranteed lots of game time.Crystal Palace? Fulham? Any number of top flight European clubs? Even if we accepted he was moving to the championship you've got the likes of Leeds, Southampton, Leicester......
He’s not comingCouple of questions then.

CorrectBobb is a fantastic little player with a huge future. The fact he’s getting game time for City rules us, and I’d imagine anyone else out immediately. Ridiculous rumour.
