Are Middlesbrough not in the top 10 then?

Yes, which is why they are on my list. It was more that 2 out of 3 wins out of 14 games playing against the top 10 were against he same team.

We will need a performance as good as Wolves to win this. Thought the two managers who were disparaging of us this year were the Norwich and Leeds managers. Come on the sexy boys.

This is where we miss Sakamoto. A dynamo who will always always give some positive momentum to the team.
Sakamato is PL level imho as is Wright. Sakamoto is a huge loss.
I do wonder if Binks should come in for Kitching. Sorry but that OG was so stupid i think dropping him would be a good idea as it was a total brain drain we can ill afford and he needs to learn the hard way.

Sakamoto is nowhere near Premier League level

Wright could be but not for another season at least.

Dropping a player after a mistake is the worst possible message. Yes the first OG was silly but the second was just plain bad luck.

Give your head a shake. If he didn’t put the first one in either:
a) their striker would have
Or b) it would have been a penalty for Bidwell ripping the shirt of the striker’s back.
The second was just bad luck.
Nothing wrong with Kitching

A skim through some Leeds chat pages and their supporters seem a little worried about what we could do against them and have not written us off

Move it quickly and have people who can carry it that's why I want Torp, Palmer and COH.

f*ck trying to contain Leeds. Just defend hard and give them some threats to worry about.

Need MVE at full back for his pace. Wright played wide right for a bit on Mon. Might work!

One thing we should mention here. The players are all fighting for a starting place at Wembley and that's all the motivation Robin's needs. We want a side that turned out against Wolves to turn up again. O'Hare needs his shop window at Wembley, be a disaster for him not to make that starting 11.

Isn’t the flip side of that being no one will want to risk getting injured for Wembley?

Robins agrees with me about the first goal. I never said anything about the 2nd goal. And i didnt say there was anything wrong with Kitching but i do think players should be dropped for stupid errors, keeps them on their toes.

Nothing wrong with Kitching, but the first was just madness. Had all the time in the world to either tap it to the side of the post or even bring it away. No need to wallop it.

Did you read that last sentence before posting? (Asking for a friend)

All the time in the world? Did you see it or just listen to the phone in?

Kitching has been a fantastic signing. Tough CB with a nasty streak, something we have needed for a long time. Fadz was a great leader, but he didn't have that nasty side to his game. None of our recent CBs have either (Rose, McNally, Doyle, Binks, Thomas, Lati) - The first OG on Monday was a freakish one, but sometimes that happens. The 2nd was just plain unlucky.

Had a cynical thought.

IIRC hospitality has sold pretty poorly this season, but is also the least guarded route for away fans wanting to sit in the home end.

By restricting away tickets, regardless of the benefits for home fans, do we sell more high priced hospitality to away fans who can’t get a ticket?

I don’t think that’s allowed. Away fans have to be charged the same as home ones if the facilities are comparable.

i think he's suggesting are we stopping Leeds buying an extra 500 seats at £37 and letting them buy the £150 seats in hospitality instead as we have spare capacity.... the £150 being the same as what CCFC fans would pay in same area... not sure that will be the case but may well have a few leeds in the posh seats

But the hospitality facilities are the same? I mean it’s a higher price than a normal ticket in the ground. More likely to sell a £1k box to 12 people if there’s no away tickets left sort of thing.

Just a random shower thought. Could be way off.

Feel exactly the same about this as I did before Wolves...

just want us to turn up and show we're a good side.

If that leads to points, bonus. Just need momentum again.
Yup agreed. tired of looking inferior for large parts of hands when we are good enough to be dominating alot more than we do.

Oh I see what you mean.

That would be the same for all away fans though, not just Leeds.

There’s always been away fans in the hospitality areas. It’s not meant to be segregated

Well we haven’t restricted just for Leeds. We’ve done it for everyone. Just thinking on the whole “it’s leaving money on the table” argument.
