I'll be sofa surfing and out on the lash with an old school mate in north London......basically same plan as the playoff last year....but hoping to avoid the defeat and the sunburn this time around....

..also, no jinx, but me and my mate left school in 1987. Just saying.

Sky blues....shooting to win...

What time does everyone aim to get in the ground?

I was surprised by how cheap the beer was, think it was £6/7 a pint at the playoff final, I was expecting it to be like a tenner. There was a decent atmosphere in there too.

Driving down to Wealdstone FC in Gandalf (Grey VW Transporter) with 5 others in tow, setting off around 9am from Nuneaton. (Honk if you see us or are horny) Few beers and BBQ there. Tubing in to Wembo, maybe drop in the fan park for a scoop or two.

Eat a Kendal Mint cake ready for the assault on the summit of Tier 3.

Then convince Mrs Edge, she has to drive home.

Getting the train from Cosham (just outside Pompey) at 10.34am, get into Waterloo around 12.30am. Head up to Wembley to meet my step dad and a couple of others for a couple of drinks pre-game, head into the stadium about 3pm, celebrate the first of our 3 goals at 3.39pm.

Leaving Nuneaton 07.00 ,15 in a minibus.
2 x slabs of Stella
1 x slab of Magners. Not sure what the others are drinking they can sort their own out .
pre parking drinks at a spoons near Watford with a breaky .
Park minibus up at Wembley and head to the Greenman . ( we have paid for a driver )
Hopefully enough beer left for our after match celebrations if not we find an off licence and replenish.
head back to Nuneaton and take the piss out of any Rags e route.
7!!!!!!!!!!

Train from Maidstone, Kent 8am (packed with Man U, Liverpool and West Ham fans probably).
Brekkie at a spoons, couple of beers in The Feathers with CCLSC, Baker Street, Green Man, fan walk to stadium, soak up stadium atmosphere, enjoying the day and the game regardless of result.

It’s surprisingly good in there - on a couple of occasions we’ve got there not long after gates open and it’s been great on the concourse with a view of the fanzones etc. If the Green Man is rammed then we might do the same again this year.

9:00 train Saturday morning, full day on the diet cokes in Central London

I am ridiculously excited, the build up to the play-off final was like torture, I have no nerves going into this one whatsoever I just can't wait to soak it all in

I'll be going on a train holiday in Switzerland this saturday so wont be attending Wembley this time round.
Just hoping I can get a decent phone signal amongst the mountain tunnels and passes to keep up with the score.
Have a great afternoon everybody !
Don't have decent wifi on the trains but the 4G is great everywhere.

Didn't realise it is the Marathon too. Central London will be chaos in the morning! AVOID

No it won't be. You wouldn't even realise it's on unless you are going into Westminster
