If that’s the case he’ll get snapped up by a Championship club next season and be their number 1.
Not sure MR is wrong on this one; Wilson was shocking at the start of the season.

That wouldnt really qualify as barbed if aimed at the club though, it is barbed if aimed at lets say WMP.

I think both things can be true.

I don't believe he's really ever been a top Championship keeper personally & the amount of clean sheets was predominantly down to the defence & our tactics. However, he also improved markedly whilst playing in that team. His shot stopping has always been pretty good, but he was far calmer, less erratic & made good decisions. The biggest thing he couldn't improve significantly enough though is his ability with the ball at his feet & with the change in style MR wanted to adopt that's why he brought Collins in.
