Right now at this minute, standing in a queue on Michaelmas Road waiting to board a train dressed in a gorilla outfit.
I was bloody boiling.
Our train broke down due to an overhead power line issue just outside Rugby and we had to get off and walk along the track towards the front of the train and re embark on carriages up front.

'Has the Sky Blue Express come far enough down the line?' minutes to go before the final whistle.

Asking my wife to take our 4month old son out for the day so I could watch in peace! He was wearing a sky blue romper suit for the day hahaha

Queuing up at Cov train station in the cattle sheds. Three of us went down and I was the only one with a ticket.

What a day.

At my grandparents house in Watson Road , Chapelfields, watching the build up to the game. I was 7 at the time but do remember the day well (thankfully!!)

me and my three mates had been supporting Coventry for years and always used to say that if we ever got to Wembley we'd either walk there or go in a chauffeur driven Rolls (never thinking it would ever occur)
anyway we definitely weren't bloody walking so we had a chauffeur driven white roller
What a day

Just arriving at Wembley on the coach and going in at 1 to get a good spot with my mate - a young 17 year old, I was missing my nan & grandads 50th wedding anniversary celebrations that day, Mum said I couldn't go and my Nan said there was more chance of them making it to 100 years married than city making a final again so go enjoy yourself.

Walking around Wembley dressed from head to toe in Sky blue, realising the ticket my uncle had managed to get me was in the Spurs end. A friendly Spurs fan asked if I was lost and did I want to swap my ticket.
I did and ended up just underneath the royal box for the first half.
It was pretty boring in there so I wandered around the concourse at half time and just went round to the Cov end for the second half
Met my mates afterwards despite no internet or mobile phone.

Rented or owned, part of a wedding fleet?
