Bullshit rumour alert. Like many people on here who claim otherwise, I know nothing. We will sign a free transfer or two, one ex Chelsea player, some players from abroad no one has ever heard of and a couple of L1 players, possibly from Peterborough. You heard it here first, possibly.

I think we lose 1 of Sheaf, Simms or Wright the only saving grace is it will be for a lot of money. We may not like it but its sort of the way the model works. 1 out could mean 3 quality signings coming in covering a few different areas.

I was stating his age and number of appearances at this level as a comparison to Wright due to a crazy post suggesting Wright should be dropped.Well you are. We have people writing really derogatory and offensive things about Palmer, Dasilva, Eccles and Tavares regularly. I don't see you calling that out but me saying EMC hasn't played above League One and being nearly 25 is too much. As I say it's fact.

He has been rubbish in the system we now play.
He was good for us but he like a lot of them were helped out by the more defensive style we played in that season.
Thomas offers higher upside, he was much cheaper and he hasn't been found out to be gash in the back four system we play

Simms and Wright aren't going anywhere unless someone pays absolutely mad money.
I can't see us cashing in at even 10-15 m, especially Wright seeing as he cost us our record fee already. Both are on long deals, we have no pressure to sell and their values are likely to rise. Doug is a business man he will wait to maximise their value or reap the profits if they fire us up the league next season.

I remember an incident involving Kevin Kilbane when he played for us . Think one of kids back then had some form of disability and one of our fans made a remark about this . Kilbane rightly told him to eff off and the club made Kilbane apologise.
