Not sure if you all look at the pinned thread so apologies if you do but quick update.
Started letting people know that they are going to have a ticket this year. After the initial review, we want to help about 61 families with children. To do that, we will need a bit more on the funds with ticket fees and the possibility that the FZ may not have availability.
If you can help still, then the link is below and to convince you further, I have put a few of the comments I had back today from those we contacted.

If it helps you to donate, a few extracts and replies from people below:
Wow, it was stressing me with the loss of my job and not able to buy and take my son this year, this is just incredible, thank you
Oh wow, xxxxxxx has just burst into tears when we told her and the children, they are in temporary shelter right now and it has lifted their spirits immensely
One person had the husband call me because they thought it was a hoax as these things don't happen to them
Thank you xxxx is over the moon and asked does it include Wembley?
I'm blown away, you have helped me more than you will ever know and I could not be more grateful.
oh my goodness, that is so kind of everyone, its so generous and amazing
Bless you, its a very good thing you are all doing, families like mine are lucky to have this, giving us opportunities we cannot afford to make dreams come true for my boys, there is no way I could do this as a newly qualified nurse without the help

As always, thank you for every pound you all donate - it does make a difference

All, we just had a flurry of donations today but we also just had a massive £2,000 from Richard Overson which is incredible, his support to help other fans is very kind and generous.
Takes us just short of £10k so fingers crossed we can get above that, the last 2 years of £15k seemed miles away this morning and I was facing not being able to help more than half those nominated, the amount now means we can help around 60% of those nominated.

Thank you to all those who have donated, it is really appreciated and if a few want to chip in tonight and send it above £10k then that would be even more amazing.

To you all 👏👏👏

£10k raised now and Martin who creates the player frames is going to do a draw tonight to win it for those making a £5 donation, will be a limited number of entries which will help continue the fund in the upwards direction. Still many more to help and still some more needed now with extra family nominations.

Hi @Mild-Mannered Janitor I have a question. Are some of those nominated only able to go to 2 to 3 games a season? The reason I ask is that my son & I each have a season ticket but will only probably be able to attend games on a weekend so we could have an adult & u21 season ticket that someone else could use. I realise this could actually be a pain to sort out in respect to getting tickets but I thought it was worth offering in case they could be used.

i try to ensure that they are going to attend as often as possible, I am aware of some people who used an adult and child ticket last year from my friends and I met them with the ST, they then give it me back once in the ground for the midweek games so will try and liaise with you on how we perhaps could do this next year in the easiest way if at all possible.
thank you

That is great. I am just happy for them to be used when we cannot attend. When the fixtures come out I will have a better idea of what games we will be able to attend. I will DM you at this time.

Over 11k now think it will get more which is a credit again to the people in not the easiest times.
Hopefully, we are still getting nominations most days and the majority of the £11k has been committed to just over 60 tickets for various families but still many we cannot help but still a tremendous amount raised.

Just a quick update - Purchased 65 tickets today and in total with £11,203 spent
FZ tickets were available which meant we could buy more than if they had been elsewhere in the ground.

Thank you to all who have contributed - still getting nominations and there are others that we couldn't say yes to to start with so if we do receive any more donations then we will carry on buying where possible.

Thank You
MMJ
