Just been on a dinner date with my 14yo daughter. Got to talking about politics and votes at 16 (unsurprisingly she’s a fan), I asked who she’d vote for if she could. She said Labour, and if not them Reform UK.

I raised an eyebrow and asked why?

The most telling part was at the very end when the two “enemies” Mordaunt and Rayner started laughing like best pals.

Mordaunt was probably saying it’s your turn soon and she was probably replying “yeah and you will be back in 10 years - why are these other fuckers even here”

It’s a two party system with two parties who now just lie blatantly to the electorate as they don’t care.
