Switzerland's playing out from back is good. They use an awful lot of space on the pitch.

Playing out from the back is fine if done at a decent pace and the ball is transitioned up the pitch at pace. What I can’t stand is the arseing around, attempting these lofty crosses over your own penalty area and getting punished.
