So is Hearsall Common but that's covered in dog shit.

What's with big is best?

Ryton is Ryton, it's ours, it's been upgraded to what looks like a nice compact but bijou training ground with plans for further improvements.

Rome wasn't built in a day.
Have you seen Southampton's academy facilities ? Watch The Football Academy on the iPlayer. They have 9 pitches as well as excellent facilities generally. It's huge compared to Ryton . What it shows is a real investment in bringing home grown talent through.

Hopefully when we win the prem we can build a training ground like Leicester's.
Worked on that incester site it is massive even has an indoor arena an education centre thet is bigger the the Ryton site alone.
But best of all it also has CCFC parifanailia all around it.

One thing you notice from these state of the art training grounds that you see prem teams have got compared to ryton is that ryton isn’t just small, it feels it - very low ceilings in small rooms, tight corridors. Pokey.
Whereas the new ones, I suppose like all new build similar buildings like schools and sports centres etc are high ceiling big spaces. Restaurants, gyms, changing room etc
Got to be better for the soul.
Low ceilings, small rooms. Sell it as energy efficient.

I’m not going to get a replica club shirt next season.

I want a replica shrub border instead:

That's really interesting, how come all the cov stuff?
Well we made hundreds of a certain product for the training ground so things were placed inside also ccfc graffiti.
Same with the new Tottenham, Everton grounds to name a few.

We make hundreds a week for new builds and some for upgrades.
If I find out it is a football ground they get at least ccfc graffiti if it can be hidden.
Majority of the employees are City ST holders.

Doug has been clear that is we go up get parachute money then you can buy new land and build a new training complex
Wonder where it would be. Warwick Uni is the obvious one. Would there be enough room at Higgs if they bought the site and expanded it? Can't think of many other options or even anywhere in the city where there is land available.
