What can the fans do? (3 Viewers)

We as fans of this historic club can't just sit here and do nothing. What can WE do to help our club, cus its obvious SISU will do nothing.

What all Cov fans can do and should do is join the Sky Blue Trust - only a £1 go to www.skybluetrust.co.uk
These are worrying times with one side threatening the other - talk of admin, talk of moving grounds, accusations and counter accusations and in the middle of it all are us the fans. Trusts have made a difference at a multitude of clubs that have got into trouble.
If the fans are united we can have a voice and some influence on any decisions taken.
Join the Trust - don't wait until the brown smelly stuff hits the fan as it looks like its already on its way - join up it could be the best £1 you've ever spent

Turn up and support the team. Let's try and get 15-20K every time we play at home.

But the money goes to ACL, and tbh i think we all need to join SBST so we can unite against the b**tards who've put us in this situation

Confused - How does going to the game on Saturday put money into ACL? All the ticket money goes to the club who are currently playing at the stadium for a minimal £10k just barely covering the costs. Both sides need to get it sorted before there is no club to support. If you are really worried about the clubs future, and many of us are the join the Sky Blue Trust now.

Why couldnt they just give us more time? We're trying to renegotiate the rent but they're being stubborn. And i mean the car parking and Food sales. We get f-all of that

Why are they being stubborn? They have a contract and simply wish for the other contracting party to pay what was agreed to. Notwithstanding that, they have made reduction offers which have seemingly been knocked back by the charlatans who now control our once proud football club.

And how much more time should they give The Fisher King? Don't forget, some months have passed since the club were given ultimatum by the Birmingham court on this issue. Yet the debt reigns unmoved, increasing in size and with no reasonableness evidenced from SISU's representatives. Now ACL have their own cash flow issues. Quelle surprise.

Here's an idea. Try stopping paying your mortgage until such time as you are a year in arrears, and you'll soon find out what 'patience' means in the real world

The club get ALL the matchday income apart from that from the concourse kiosks. If you hear anything else, you'll know it's a lie.

I think you will find this is exactly the plan that many had for getting rid of SISU - staying away, 'starving the fookers out', 'start all over again if needs be'.

Think there's a bit of coffee sniffing going on.

If the club go under then all those who'll be celebrating ACLs victory should be given a season ticket to watch the grass grow for 90 minutes every other Saturday.

Well don`t use the car parks around the ground and don`t purchace food and drink from within the ground,
ACL and the Council are the big problems here and there at fault.
If my Business was run in the same way as Sisu have been opporating I would have to close down and lay people off.
If Sisu have anything about them the would walk. I couldn`t run my Business with a third party . Its Financial suicide.

Getting up the Ricoh and supporting the team is and always will be the BEST way to support the CLUB. If we had 15-20k there every week ACL would be far more nervous about losing CCFC from its customer base, think of all the additional revenue they'd lose.

It would also show everyone that the fans are the lifeblood of this club, and effectively have the power to make or break it.

If you ran your business the way that SISU are operating theirs then your creditors would have shut you down long ago! They certainly wouldn't have let you get away with not paying your bills as long as SISU have. If you take the time to read some of the posts on here, particularly those by PWKH and OldSkyBlue you would understand what is really going on and the gameplan that SISU are working to. ACL also have a business to run that is more than just renting the ground to the football club, they have employees and investors to protect and their investors, via the Council are all of the citizens of our fair City, why should they just roll over for a faceless venture capital company whose only agenda is to own the stadium and the surrounding land, not for the benefit of the club, the fans or the City but only for the profit they can make out of it.

SISU chose to enter into the contracts that they have done, they chose to work with a third party, they have messed up big-time, why is that ACL's fault?

The gate money goes to the club not ACL, so the only people that would benefit are SISU...but perhaps then they would pay the rent that they owe?
