"Playing in their brand new Sky Blue and white home kit, City played a 4-3-3 formation with Rudoni in midfield, operating in a system that looked like Robins deployed two number eights."

We've only had white shorts 3 seasons since Jimmy Hills sky blue revolution.......in 87, won the cup, 2001 relegated from PL, and 2011, 18th in the championship......

So stick that in your permutator.....

I’m delighted to see Sakamoto’s name in a lineup again. I think he’s going to be massive for us this season.

I am also delighted to see him out there again. But after a serious injury I am not expecting too much too soon. Just having him back is a bonus.

I hear Sakamoto's had parachute lessons, so he can have a safe landing next time he takes off. 😂

We are reaching new levels of efficiency as a club, playing a fixture before we've even announced it.

Howley playing CB? And looks like we played 433/4231 both halves.
Howley at CB? Could that be the missing piece tother back 3

Howley at CB!? Could this be the game changer? (Seriously)

The press would love it - just waiting to print the headline 'Howley howler costs City'

At least If he plays further forward and scores they could go with 'Howley Howitzer'
