All I really 'expect' of any team I support is that they have a good go and that we have some fun along the way. In terms of prediction, there is a possibility of difficult second seasons, high expectations, underestimating other clubs etc but if that frontline clicks we have real firepower. Let's say 3rd!

The last two seasons have seen us start woefully and then have a good run. Two years ago we sustained that run post January but last season the cup upset things. I am expecting lessons to have been learned along with a better start plus a steady run throughout the season, bolstering ranks in January if we are looking good at Christmas.

Almost the whole squad have been together for a season and have a full pre-season together. Unlike last year when we took 10 games to get out of first gear because players werent up to speed with each other.
Do you not think we're in a better position now than 12 months ago? Even without additional incomings.

Looking at the training reels , you can see they are focusing on fitness and strength . So I think we will fly out the traps

Why are they out of reach ? Ipswich proved last season what can happen with a fast start

The kit is that of a top 6 team. The slings and arrows of outrageous fortune could place us anywhere between 2nd and 9th.

I said 2nd last season in an unusual wave of optimism for me. I think we should finish in the top 6 but it is always a competitive league with no guarantees.
