He’s a big lad, in the mold of Simms. I’d prefer someone smaller and quicker as a different attacking option myself but depth is depth.

Seems like a backup for Wright, if true. He always appears LFW, and gets in the box when the ball is on the right, similar to Wright.

Strong lad, tenacious, links up well in an attack. Seems to average about a goal in 3 games.

Looks to fit in with the "model" and his pace will be useful as we try and play a faster style this season
Indeed, he seems to have a quicker turn of pace than Wright and Simms, but it’s hard to tell exactly from highlights reels.

Draws a lot of fouls as well.

Does appear to be another hybrid forward, in the Vik and Wright mold. Like you say, though, he should be very useful. If the rumour isn’t more internet bollocks.

Initially saw this a couple of weeks back, looks to be an interesting one as a back up. Bit raw, looks to be something there, relatively cheap in this current market. Not a lot to grumble at, even if he is just a player off the bench!

He does seem to have the skill set required to fit the model, with room to improve, and for £1.2 mil, does seem a worthy gamble.

Precisely my thoughts, 1.2m is hardly anything in today's game, totally worth the gamble to have him as a potentially dangerous impact sub. We want something different to Simms and judging from what I can garner from various stats and highlights, he looks like a decently quick striker that can drop deep to link.

Yea, smaller and quicker, someone like Tavares perhaps?

Strange how he's been written off by all the experts on here, despite being utilised out of position.

Funny how MR hasn't written him off just yet though isn't it 🤔

I think Tavares is great. He can come on and make a real difference to a game and if he can do a full 90 mins on a regular basis then I’ll take that.

He has the potential to be a fantastic player but I think he needs to go out on loan for at least half a season to get regular game time to show what he can do week in, week out.

Looks to have some raw talent. Worth a gamble I think.

Who’s the bearded number 14 who creates the first goal in the clip? Based just on that - which I appreciate isn’t much - he looks useful.

I tend to agree.

His development has been held back by injury. It’s too early to give up on him yet.

Regarding Tav, I would try and extend his contract by another season and then find him a loan. Although I think he’d do well at league 1, I’d send him out to league 2 for guaranteed minutes at least until Jan

we need a rating system for the reliability of these twitter accounts. When these things get posted I have zero clue how seriously to take them.
