Way I look at it, possibly a car user as well judging by the arrest, car user, moped user, one for shopping one for muggings/phone theft and other nefarious activities,
Mental health in the winter and terrorist in the summer for me then
Oh that's why he was on a moped and not in his car?

I fear I'll poke the bear...

The difference is how you have that opinion. Now, I distinctly remember a way back putting up a long and rambling post in response to you saying how I didn't remotely think you racist, but a post you'd made could certainly be construed as racist. You actually took that remarkably well, and I mention it to point out that I still think the same that you're not racist, because of your track record. Not that it really matters to you or that you care ;) but that's that. There's much (nearly all!) we disagree on, but I can say reasonably safely that I don't think you racist.

There are a certain people on here however that rush to any drama with almost gleeful abandon, a blood lust and they're desperate for it to be related to certain groups to confirm their prejudices about such groups as a whole. Then you'll have events such as this used as a platform to share some pretty unpleasant wider beliefs.

I mean, that's why I'd wait because in the past you wouldn't find out until long after anyway - by which time people can determine the cause... but the modern world means that if I wait I get called out for not responding (the hypocrisy!) and if I comment I'm a cuck who history will remember (I mean whatever the fuck that means - is it an oblique threat or some kind of promise to write me into a book?).

I mean, I'd rather wait to know anyway, but arguing these things is a bit pointless isn't it that it detracts from the fact that some bastard has committed the act of a bastard, and should be condemned and punished for that rather than it being used to support a spot of casual racism with amateur language lifted off the back of the latest insults for righties book.

Ashdown actually has it right in his quote above, and there's very little else to be said!
Well , thanks for all that, if you ever met me you would find me neither a racist or unpleasant I would hope. In fact I do have some mix of socialist ideas to go with some conservatism.
I do have opinions on mass migration and the effects on countries that others can’t agree with but I also believe in free speech so like to have my say.

I know you have worked really hard to try and justify making out someone to be racist the other day, but all of this post is just a distraction, and contains quite a bit of irony. It seems to me, you and a few others have had it pretty difficult in the last week or so. Let's think: The Leeds Riots, Manchester Airport, a soldier being stabbed in Gillingham. They all have something in common that you refuse to talk about. In fact, if anyone says anything about it - you call it a bastard being a bastard at most. You don't have the balls to challenge what's happened and take the cowardly route of calling someone (sorry insinuating - not that it makes any difference) racist/racism if they raise something that you cannot articulate against. Equally every time we hear 'let's wait for the facts' you and many others disappear when they surface.

Your track record on things like this and covid are exactly why you get called out, and you have absolutely no high ground to try and lecture other people about morals. Nice post though. It's taken you 5 days to put it together. What was the term you used? Rent free I believe.

What links them esb?
Is it immigration ?
Genuinely just wondering where your thinking is heading?

Was thinking the same thing. I am a bit baffled.

Is it the perception of "foreigners?" Non integration?

I don't see the link. One was a social welfare incident wasn't it, allegedly with the Roma community and then the Manchester one was supposedly about trouble following a plane that had just landed. Seems the mum was waiting for them at the airport, so hardly a terrorist incident on first reflection.

The only one that seemingly would point to possible terrorism, is the Gillingham stabbing.

What's the common link?

My take was

Riots were a Roma reaction to a social services situation that got out of hand and large numbers of people then decided fuck it let’s smash stuff up and set fire to it

airport appears to be an argument once again that got out of hand ending up with a police officer losing his professionalism with some Asian men

final one looks like an mental health situation with the guy not even able to answer his name or address at the court hearing

You should be a journalist.
Sorry I should say
No excuse for the riots the book should be thrown at all of them
Those that assaulted an emergency worker will be charged and prosecuted and so should the police officer in the video
Final one I think it’s likely the guy will not be fit to be charged and we need some urgent action to ensure dangerous individuals get the help they need to not cause the terror on the streets he has
If people have taken bad decisions regarding them I have to say they are implicated in his actions. I hear the comment above about money and care not being available
I don’t see that the world is becoming more divided or dangerous though or this country

Think probably there is a greater need for leaders from all communities to be statesmen not like tice and Anderson saying fair play to the officer. Dicks

You write a tribute to me in several paragraphs and then tell me to get help. Yet, still no real valid comments on these attacks...
Are you uncomfortable with the size of your penis?

Are you uncomfortable having a penis?

Were you bullied as a child or an adult?

There has to be a reason for this faux macho behaviour. It's too camp to be real.

If there’s one thing I’ll absolutely agree with Nick on, it’s the culture of passing judgement on viral video evidence of an incident. Very rare someone has their phone out when said incident starts….

Edit: should clarify I have not seen any videos of either the Airport stuff or the Gillingham stuff, this is more of a general point.

Maybe we should be doing mental health checks as part of immigration and refusing based on that? Much like the bloke in Nottingham with mental health issues who won't face proper justice.

Stabbing an army officer whilst leaving his wife alone is definitely not terror related .. not one bit

Also reported in plenty of places he was out looking for a soldier....

Poor soul with his mental health issues couldn't help it.

No-one has said that or shown sympathy on here though have they. Just reported that is what the police have said.

Thank God the soldier wasn't killed and I hope he has a full recovery. 🤞

Perhaps someone damaged his Action Man as a child and it gave him disturbing thoughts.
