The twitter/X admin Mark used to be so helpful regarding questions on Shirts, Ticket Sales etc etc.

Has anyone noticed he does not answer as many queries as before?

Do you think he has been told this from higher people?...

I asked yesterday what prices the new shirts would be. Less than 48 hrs from release yet no answer. Been asked today by others and still nothing. And that's not something they'd not know in advance. Even the season tickets were advertised well in advance of sales opening.

What do they achieve by keeping this quiet ?

Unless the price increase is significantly high that they're trying to avoid disenchanting fans beforehand.

Otherwise you turn up tomorrow to buy one with absolutely no idea how much money you'll be handing out.

The club are doing some really positive things. Others (JSBs, the store), they have no idea.

As I said on another thread, the commercial team don't know how much sponsorships are and are waiting for the information from "above".

Probably fed up of the numerous stupid Qs tbh! Although there's many fair Qs......over time he may be fed up! I would and I commend his patience to some!

Sorry Nick. Don't read each thread on here any more. Too much attitude and toxicity on show.

And surely the Commercial Team would have an idea about the amount they will be charging for a product in their shop within the next 24 hrs? The stores were closed today to prepare for the release. So there's every chance that the tags, posters and everything but the shirts will have arrived in store over the last two days so they were ready.

Get your reasoning for some of the bigger aspects of the marketing but shop floor ? Sorry, not buying it. Or the shirt if it's too much 😆

Cov x admin has been poor this summer.

Transfer video reveals have been lazy

Today’s answer to the question of whether tomorrow’s match is being streamed …” they haven’t told us it is being “ …. How about being proactive and asking !!!

Or would they prefer 20,000 Cov fans ask the club or search online for a stream ….

They've streamed their other pre-season games so don't see why this one wouldn't be
