Agree which is strange when the article published the other day said about 1K expected travel.
It's a block that has sold out not the allocation!

We’re in Frankfurt as well. Staying near the train station as it was cheap but planning on getting over to the Rittergasse area both nights we’re there

Dear Sky Blues Fans!

We are very happy to welcome you in Darmstadt on Saturday! We have summarised some information about your visit here:

Please note that some different procedures apply for our friendly match than in the league. In particular, please ignore signs in the city leading to the away end - as the usual entrance will be closed on Saturday.

Your seats are located in sections X2 & Y. This is the upper tier of our away end. You can only get there via the north-western entrance ‘Karl-Hess-Platz’ (see stadium map attached). There is more space in these two sections than you need based on the number of tickets sold. So if you prefer to watch the game standing or together with friends you have met spontaneously, simply organise yourselves under these circumstances.

There is no strict separation from the home supporters, either. You may use snack bars that are used by both sets of fans. You can buy Bratwurst, beer and non-alcoholic drinks. Everything can be taken onto the stands. It goes without saying that none of it should be thrown. This is especially true for the cups: You pay a two euro deposit on these, which you get back when you hand them back in. Payment is possible with cash (Euros) as well as the usual cards.

Please only hang your flags in sections X2 & Y. We would also like to point out that hanging banners on local monuments or pubs in the city may be seen as a form of provocation in the local fan culture. In order to avoid misunderstandings, we ask you to refrain from doing so.

To get to the stadium we recommend the tram line 9, starting at „Kongresszentrum“ heading towards ‘Böllenfalltor‘. Unfortunately, the ticket for this friendly does not include public transport. There are very few parking spaces at the stadium. If you are travelling by car, we recommend using car parks in the city and travelling on by tram.

If you have any questions, please contact us: [email protected]

We wish you a safe and pleasant journey!

Get over the river to Sachsehaussen for a great night. Frankfurt old town with cobbled streets and traditional restaurants and bars.

3 of us are staying in Frankfurt. My youngest’s first away game. Flying out of Heathrow tomorrow. Hopefully that goes a bit more smoothly than things have gone there the last couple of days.

There’s a little traditional cafe/restaurant near the Cathedral called Heberers or the one on the corner that does the best beef Goulash ever , ate there several times when the World Cup was on . You won’t be disappointed and only a 100 meters from the train station . Enjoy you luck bastards 🤔 AM HOF and BECHERGASSE junction .

Thanks Craig.

I love Cologne. I worked here 2010-12. I go back once a year. Currently eating in my favourite cheap Thai place. A fantastic City and pleasure to be here on a Friday night.

For everyones benefit on here Bury is a really nice town, but Cologne edges it.

I've just got to decide which pair of City shorts to wear tomorrow. I have all three from last season. Navy my favourite normally.
Bury is a nice place but I want to come home . Kenilworth is my destination as I stay there 3 nights a week 👌

Some talk that Simms hasn’t travelled?

Looking forward to Stokes vs Coventry City U23s first game of the season

Let me guess, Simms is injured. 🙈

Viktor is gonna go and we’re gonna drop a fair few million or so on a marquee signing, got that feeling.

injuries are really annoying, but I can’t see this being it in terms of incomings and therefore squad depth

CM
ST

both permanent

RW/RB loan signing

that’s what I think we’ll do

Robins basically said

‘I can’t talk about transfers, I never would’

putting 2 + 2 together, I suspect we’re actively looking for more signings this summer
