Can anybody who knows more about me about this sort of thing explain more about the stuff he said about that incident with the Syrian kid and how that's terror related?

It isn't much different from the spin on the whole airport incident and lawyers getting on the spin bandwagon.

Teachers paid off with NDA not to discuss the kid being a c**t and what actually happened?

Obviously there's context and 2 sides.
I haven't heard anything about the Syrian kid.

I will have to Google it. Didn't see a story about that anywhere.

Terror legislation is vague and all encompassing cos “terrorism” isn’t really a thing other than “crimes I really don’t like” so could be all sorts there. Perhaps inciting hatred hate preacher laws?

The video was labelled as contempt of court because it repeats allegations about the Syrian lad which have already been proven false in court and Robinson had to pay £100k damages so it’s just repeating the libel he’s already been found guilty of: hence contempt of court.

He wants a legal battle and a prison sentence because it’s extremely profitable for him.
The allegations about the lad not being very nice? I don't get it. Hasn't he spoken to the head teacher, other kids and school stuff who all agreed with him?

After the whole Manchester airport thing and those walking free, it's a bit of an own goal to arrest him today (if he has broken laws then obviously he isn't immune to them) but all it will do is get more people to support him.

This is the film, found it on Rumble... haven't watched all of it.
Just sharing as information only.👍

Ooh, very interesting.

Only watched about 3 mins or so, but he does make a very good point.

Saying that people take a side without knowing the full truth.

Exactly what happens on here on this forum all the time.

Absolutely nothing wrong at all in waiting for the facts and not jumping to conclusions.

That's an admirable standpoint, rather than one to be sneered at.

What's the deal with a lawyer hiring that mentalist with red hair to go round his house?

Sounds exactly like the lawyer in the airport thing.

It's such a perfect timing for him, you could think he set up the Manchester airport thing to play into his hands.

I thought we were against the police not arresting people breaking the law out of fear for how their community will react?

I'm not saying he shouldn't be arrested, if he has actually then it's a bit of an own goal to go round and arrest him this morning while the 2 from the airport are still free.

It actually plays into his hands.

He knows what he’s doing. Either you let him off or you arrest him when he breaks the law. He makes his money by playing the martyr. Him and the Manchester group are peas in a pod quite frankly.

I dont know the details of the Syrian lad case, I just know the judgement. Pissing off judges for likes if the definition of play stupid games, same as punching armed police.

I'm not saying let him off either. Far from it.

Trying to understand what laws the video broke? Is it contempt if he's got people on video saying they were paid to stay quiet by a council? Surely if people are being paid or scared not to testify or speak that's also contempt?

A judge decided his claims couldn’t be proven and put an injunction in against him repeating them.

He’s had three years to appeal if he doesn’t agree but just breaking a court order is stupid, even if you disagree with it.

Again though, if it's true that claims can't be proven IF a council paid out hush money and mobs scared others. Surely there's a point?

Allegedly the video actually shows somebody who was attacked by the lad and statements from people who worked at the school. They refused to go to court because of pay offs or being scared.

If we hadn't seen the CCTV from the airport then those 2 lads would still be playing the victim for compo.

He's got injunction against him, the content isn't really relevant.
Whether the injunction is justified or not isn't really the issue.

Oh no I get that, I'm just asking from a legal stand point how things like that worked.

If I said something about you but you paid people off who could prove it and took me to court. Then after that happens I get people on film saying I was right but they couldn't go to court because you had paid them. What happens then?

I watch too many crime docs but surely the judge / courts should ask if these people had actually been paid off and if so, why?

On the other hand, would getting called to court over ride an NDA?

I'm not sure NDAs are that legally binding but could be wrong. I think breaking one can lead to further legal action but I don't think they carry the weight of a court injunction but I'm prepared to be put right on that if it's not correct.

Yeah that's what I would have thought.

Love the way the far right pick one case and spin it to make it look like there is a cover up and white working classes are hard done by. The media is so diverse in UK plenty would have picked up on the Silenced film allegations if it was clear.
Manchester Airport case looks awful all round. Without knowing who said what it's impossible and only court can decide. Must have been some serious provocation of the passengers to cause them to hit police and obviously clear police officer was provoked. Read that one if the passengers throwing punches had a brother in police force. I guess most likely outcome is jail for passengers and officer losing job, but devil in the detail. Sad all round.

The RE teacher in Batley too, teachers paid off, plenty of black and Asian people there too, black ex serviceman, I'm not going to say to much as most on this forum seem very left wing, it's a free country and free speech, if people want to celebrate Britain don't see a problem 🤷‍♂️

So it seems the injunction was to stop Robinson releasing and broadcasting the film.
He released it and is in court tomorrow because he did so.
He then showed the film at the rally yesterday.
I'm not sure if that's why he got arrested or because police thought he was leaving the country when he's due in court tomorrow.
Johnson has claimed he didn't know he was due in court.
I'm going to go out on a limb and say that whatever he's been arrested for, its not under anti terrorism laws.
The only source for that, at the moment, is his X feed.

Is it terrorism though, its said that he has been arrested under counter terrorism laws.

Every report Ive seen has the arrested under anti terrorism laws in quotation marks.
I think that's because the source is his twitter.

If it is anti terrorism then it surely can't be related to a contempt of court charge can it?

What I don’t understand is why there has apparently been no statement by the arresting authority.

That is strange.
Though the MET have stated its nothing to do with them.
I also see there's a mob gathering outside Downing St demanding his release, looks like the Olympics could be overshadowed by the mental gymnastics!

In what way is Robinson celebrating Britain?

This government has just said they are going to repeal a bill supporting free speech in higher education. Anyone thinking this is a free country with free speech is sadly mistaken,

It’s funny old world, a British serving soldier was nearly butchered to death on his way home from serving this country but it was on the news for only one day. A couple of British female police officers were were punched from pillar to post but the community of the offenders protest for the officers to be sacked.

Make no mistake about it, the vast majority of Muslims in this country have no interest in anything other than their religion. They don’t care about Britain one iota. You didn’t see them protesting against the Rochdale groomers did you.
