At times, they made us look good.....but a very, very solid performance. Rudoni looks like he has so much time on the ball
Really enjoyed the game, especially as a mate is an Everton supporter 😁

Everton were poor. McNeil is a player, but that’s all they had. Long ball up to Calvert-Lewin/Beto.

Said it a while ago but Beto is terrible, what an absolute waste of money. Simms clear.

My nieces partner is a blue and he said all last season the madness of selling home grown Simms for peanuts to sign Beto for 25 million just sums Everton up currently

Agree on Beto but I'm a bit fan of DCL. Needs to stay fit, tonight he was poor but they're levels behind us, I'd take him in a heartbeat.

Definitely think the “new” style of play Eccles was saying post interview is pushing forward and putting pressure on after scoring. Early to say but after tonight’s game (although it’s preseason) we looked strong after 1-0. Constant pressure we look threatening, hopefully the last minute win is behind us .

Dominic Calvert-Lewin is fucking shit, overrated big time!

I dont agree. Maybe last night yeah, but he often bails them out during season with crucial goals.

I thought Calvert-Lewin and Michael Keane were terrible

That young lad they signed from the Villa looked good, no. 42 I believe

DCL is 27 and has scored 54 in 214 games for Everton. Poor return from a striker you’ve hung your hopes on over the last 7 years.

In hindsight and taking into account the shitshow they have become behind the scenes you scratch your head and wonder how the hell Everton managed to get Ancelotti :ROFLMAO:
They would have thrown shitloads of money at him, which is why they are in such a state, financially!
