For the initial Southport riot, yes. The rest seem to mostly be kid and social media driven and easily dissuaded bar a few pockets. I think it’s an entirely different phenomenon driven by social media and school holidays as much as anything and will fizzle out like the 2011 ones did once people start getting locked up.

People think they will get away with it because of the mob/gang mentality, once they see some of there mates being prosecuted and losing their jobs the rest will lose their bottle.
