This is needed though. The large majority of this country was disgusted with the riots, looting, threatening behaviour etc, even if many have their own concerns about immigration numbers. As long as nobody was hurt hopefully the message has been delivered

As others have said hope over worst of it now and I'm very happy police taking telegram hate communities seriously. Rather they turn up and everything ok than only responding once damage done

For me, if those thousands of anti-racist people shout & chant all they want, let everyone know that they won’t tolerate racism, and at the same time avoid smashing anything up & attacking anyone, then I think that’s great.

looks like its fake / old but its impossible to tell with social media now, have to wait for a reliable news source to confirm. check the time on the clock and a mate in Sheffield insists there aren't roadworks currently happening where there are roadworks in the video.

what's interesting is that there is a suggestion, someone better at these things than me would need to investigate further, that the initial video was seeded with posts on multiple prominent accounts at exactly the same time. no idea if this stuff ever really gets looked into after the time has passed.
