Oxford brought 1868 for the league match, they’ll probably only bring 500 for this.
The prices are fine for Cov fans if you live in the City and can get there and back pretty easily …..not so sure that many will journey in from distance though. Be surprised if there is many over 10000 !
I’d be surprised if there wasn’t many more than that

Be disappointed if it's low, as even with changes we'll still put quite a strong side out. Get some more minutes into legs early in the season and a real opportunity to progress. Hopefully one of the big boys in rd3.

60 miles e/w for me, still going. Momentum builder for the team confidence heading into the next league fixtures I’m hoping? But first it’s Bristol away on a bank holiday Saturday 280 miles return. Early start hoping to beat the inevitable M5 queues

We should sell out now, the Bassett effect! 😃 In all seriousness, half term and cheap tickets, if Bassett plays could get an extra 1 to 2k up there
£10 would have been better. £5 for kids. Doug not bothered about this Cup? The 11k crowd at Bristol was on the back of £10/ticket and 2400 City fans.

Problem here is we have a league game against Norwich couple days later and I'd imagine some families will pick and choose games

I'm not going v oxford as I've spent out on school clothes for the kids and away tickets at brizzle

Last season we had our lowest 2 followings at these games

Exactly why I'd like to see the club offering more points for these type of games.

I just don't see how going to Cardiff on NYD is 10 points but West Brom on a Wednesday is 20.

Have they suspended print at home then? Is this a reaction to the turnstile delays at the Everton game?

People talk about the ticket prices only. They are forgetting that for many folk that the ancillary costs still add up….Petrol, parking and food and beverages etc
This game is made for City fans living in Coventry who can’t always get decent seats at the CBS who can get there cheaply, having perhaps had some tea and a couple of tinnies at home to keep the cost down.

Use of the bus pass and indeed doing a drink outside like at say a Greggs establishment is a favourite of mine, but we can't have a crowd dominated by geriatrics, can we, get some freebie offers where it's possible is my advice!

Didnt think you were quite old enough for a bus pass ?! Is it 65 now ? In which case I’m nearly 8 years short of thst. We can get a £2 bus to Cov from Hinckley which is fantastic but sadly you can’t get one back after about 19.30 pm 🤷‍♂️

Yes that's the entry point I believe ! Although it maybe younger if applied for but automatic at 67 in my case!
