Why did robins comment on it then?
Sounds like he's just passing comment on what he's seen in the dressing room without knowing much about it.

Does seem a bit odd for Robins to mention it though if it's 'normal'
You would think if Sheaf had been icing his ankle after every training session as part of his 'normal' recovery at the moment then Robins wouldn't be mentioning it in the post match interview.

games are a higher intensity though, lots of players ice things after games

we'll see but if he has a new injury robins would know so he may just be trying to be funny

I think the midfield three worked their arses off and let’s be honest Andrews and the the other lad are basically moving training cones and not viable options from the bench. And no Lats meant all five CMs were needed.

We don't know hes being rushed back , that's a silly assumption

we do.

twice we’ve rushed him back

he hasnt played a single league game yet and doubtful he will for a while yet

I was told he would be out 4-6 weeks. sheaf tends to recover from injuries quicker but maybe that’s the issue. he’s never fully recovered

Yes I’m certain your source knows more than Robns and the professionally qualified medical team 🙄

considering he hasn’t played a league game yet and robins has risked him for 2 cup games with late cameos shows he isn’t/wasnt ready. seriously what was the point in bringing sheaf on for 20 mins? he wasn’t even in the matchday squad on Saturday

The point was obvious.

Sheaf is our best midfielder and Robins wanted to give him minutes in the hope of him being able to start matches soon.

Sheaf strikes me as a very sensible guy. If he didn’t think he was ready I think he would have told the staff that.

the issue is we don’t have enough depth in the middle. robins and sheaf to a certain extent probably want to come back quicker than he should because they know we’re short

hopefully it’s nothing
