Yes with Dasilva playing, it was a tongue in cheek comment and hopefully he shoves those words down my throat!

I was more pointing to the fact that the goals against are already well under way.

Openly said Sheffield weds are a different team. Stronger, pace and physical. Best in the league at winning second balls.

Amazing to say that now so why try to play the same as against Blackburn?
You've taken his comment out of context, he was relating it to the way the players approached the game individually.

The players probably take his lead as we were setup exactly the same.

Bta up front, we punt the ball and try and win the second ball. Same when Simms came on.

Their centre halves were completely different to blackburns.

The oppo seems to have it programmed into them where the second balls going to drop, not necessarily into the penalty box as we tend to get our fair share of those but in general play!

JDS will have to play nearly every game, and will have to put in some big performances.
Indeed, as the timeframe for Bidwell’s injury recovery is not exactly predictable.

As a footballer, I do like Dasilva, it’s just that he switches off a lot. Positional awareness is also suspect, imo.

Still, he’s what we have, so we have to utilise him.

Might be worth trying to convert Kitch into a LB, as he’s gash as a CB.

Can we honestly say Burroughs is any worse an option, Bidwell has also gone off this season, nowt to do with the player something is off with whoever coaches the defence IMO!

Really wish he'd have a run with Thomas next to Binks. Then he could always try kitching at LB, as you say. I think he may have played there before.

Didn’t Kitching get skinned every time their player went outside him?

Thomas and Binks really needs to be done, at this point.

Also, Kitch gets skinned at CB, so we may as well convert him into a regularly-skinned LB as cover. He’s just not a CB, or at least, a Championship level one.
