why are people getting worked up about people sharing information - if you don’t like it or want to believe it, fine scroll on or don’t engage.
Others may find it interesting and useful as an incite to what’s going on - of course there’s always a balance to be struck with the narrative and message shared, that’s down to you to figure out.
Don’t see why people are getting on at members like @Saddlebrains et al.

He doesn't share information, he shares a narrative which is either consciously or unconsciously negatively biased.

Sorry but ITKs are not reporters. They are of course bias based on the information provided. Saddle has bias based on what he’s heard (or his source does). Why does that mean the information is not real. Take it with a pinch of salt or don’t read it.

Doug wont sanction loans

Compared to what GIMOC comes out with its a ray of sunshine. I think GIMOCs info, especially last summer, was purposely negative and complete hogwash. (Seems to have reined it in a bit recently tbf.)
Saddles stuff I think its fairly easy to tell what is likely to be accurate and what to take with a pinch of salt. Team news stuff I get why some might not like it, personally I doubt opposition staff read through this shite. I like getting it so I just ask via DM.
Ultimately this is just a place for fans to spew all things ccfc, be you a dubious itk, a waffler, a bed wetter, a Robins outer or Doug King undercover. Probably best not to take it too seriously.

I agree with you, it’s no big deal really- I just got pissed off with the pettiness of some of it & how it’s always negative.

Saddle will only give the side he’s heard as most would. I think the responsibility is with people who hear it and assume it’s the ccfc bible. Listen to it, digest it and take it with salt.
On this maybe the truth is the club is trying to support robins through a tough time with a new assistant and Robins doesn’t think it’s needed. No ones the villian but you could twist it to Robins won’t allow help or Doug is forcing people on Robins.

Transfers are a real hard point to stick someone with only as it changes within hours.
On loans, I do believe Doug would allow them like Binks last year but believe he wants either experienced players on high wages or prospects we have a chance to purchase like Binks.
Think the issue is, the communication opportunities aren’t the best so since the club won’t answer a) we’ve heard this policy is it our approach? It leads to sources making assumptions which then can look true to others based on circumstances which then people pass on.

You've answered your own question there I think. The negative rumours far outweigh the positive so clearly those leaking have their own agenda. Problem is a lot of people will ignore the times the various ITKs have been wrong and take everything as 100% true. Year after year we've been told there's trouble behind the scenes, the players don't get on, the new players who have come in have been disruptive etc, who does that help?
For me its incredibly unprofessional, if I was leaking information from my completely unimportant job nobody gives a shit about I'd be in trouble, its not a good reflection on the club that this has been going on for years.
Personally I don't think the team should be announced on here well ahead of the match. In a game of small margins why would you risk giving away an advantage no matter how small that risk is.
Then there's the things about people personal lives. I don't for a second believe the things that have been revealed about the likes of Robins and McFadz weren't known by local media so they've clearly been asked not to make it public yet its on here. That's before you get to the absolute bollocks we've had about 'players wife / gf hates Cov and is desperate to leave'.
A lot of the other stuff is subjective but quickly starts getting posted by others as a cast iron fact. I think what winds people up is it's always overwhelming negative.
Regardless of the bollux around Av's exit do we think we're in a better place, seriously, where is the turnaround?

I think saddle is alright 2bh. Generally the stuff is good.
At the end of the day ITKs are like the transfer gossip page, if they come off the come off, if not - you move on, it doesn’t massively affect anyone’s life here if it’s right or wrong.

I've got to say it doesn't surprise me regarding Sheaf and I doubt if he really needs that excuse, always felt all the transfer chat would leave him unsettled,and yes may be gone sooner at Christmas time,, Doug was correct to market him IMO but not at any of the fee's bandied on here!

Also the team news is a cunts trick, the club doesn't want it out there before 2pm so don't fucking do it. Also it's more fun to wait until 2pm to find out the XI.

From what I can make out, Robins may have reached out based on a recommendation from within (the latter part not confirmed but CR is known by at least two people already at the club).
