It's part of what makes it difficult to keep it off or to even start trying I suppose, and why there's an argument for these injections. I don't know, for me anyway I wanted to do it without needing injections of anything.

Titans of industry shouldn’t need to be offered anything - the UK should just have business conditions that make it THE place to invest in.

I think a high calorie and high fat diet was normal for people who were involved in heavy manual labour work. Those jobs have gone, everyone is more sedentary now but the traditional diet has remained.

It really doesn’t take long to batch cook. Is it laziness and the desire for instant gratification plus lack of education?

Get a timer plug as well if you haven’t. That way the cooking aspect can sort itself overnight and you come down to the week’s lunches in the morning.

It’s their own fault for delaying the budget and having nothing to talk about really.

Interesting that inflation is now down to below target, with underlying raw materials actually deflating. The interest rate rises will be credited for addressing inflation but it is highly debatable what impact they've had if any, they have purely served to make most people worse off and reduce the amount of disposable income available to spend in the real economy.
