Robins on CWR (2 Viewers)

A goal down away from home and it’s the team in the lead that’s looking like the one needing an equaliser. Best hope was to go 4-3-3 immediately.

Yeah but we had to defend that 0-1.

It's no wonder the players think it's ok.

Concerned massively with the players are bewildered and upset.

How have we gone from players like Kelly and Faz to players who when we are one point out of the relegation spots, get upset when people rightly call it shit.

How is the mentality of this group so weak. Buck it up lads and start showing fight.

It's reasonable that our players are so openly weak?

You said that Robins’ comments were ‘random bullshit’, they were not. They were pretty accurate about that game today. Again- stop telling lies and making things up.

You want him gone and are aggressively pushing it, that’s fair enough and your business, I’m saying that yeah, there are massive problems, but getting rid is a huge risk, I have no faith in King to replace well, and I also don’t think that performance today is enough to tip him over the edge. We’re not far from getting to that point, but not based on today.

And that’s that really.

If Robins remains, we are going to need a Dennis Wise/ Gordon Strachan type player to come in ,in January and organise them on the pitch as the game happens.
I do not get this ridiculous decision to seemingly have pre destined subs at a certain time. Is that the idea of these so called performance coaches or Robins himself. Ludicrous !!

I agree today is not that point yet. But it’s getting harder to defend his position with each week of losing against garbage and average teams.

No chance of that; it doesn't fit King's 'model'.

Oh we’d get a bounce no doubt, but as has been said, we’ve been here before and rarely has it ever worked out, and we’re back to having new managers every few months & end up losing all momentum.
Don’t think anyone wants to get rid of him and instantly go back to the old chop and change every season.

Hope would be you could get a young manager to put some life into this group and get a tactical identity going.

If QPR score again we’re in the bottom three. At some point you have to look at changing

MR has just said they’re bewildered by the reaction. These are meant to be ambitious professionals who should be able to own terrible performances.

to be pretty much a quarter through the season, just outside the relegation zone (currently) on goal difference, 10 points off the play offs, and given the pre season noise that the club helped to create and the players were well aware of….

…and yet they are ‘bewildered’ by the reaction of fans, angry and disappointed travelling far and wide to watch a team with no clue lose week in week out with little passion, little aggression, little creativity….?

I know footballers are, in the main, meant to be stupid but come on! If they aren’t happy then they’re the ones to do something about it…

Here’s the thing, most of the fans applauded, sang the manager’s name etc. Far more than most of them deserved.

Preston had many chances - generally ouperformance was awful.

Dovin kept us in the game and wouldn’t have even played if Wilson was fit.

Points are kind of important.
Course they are and we need them. But if you asking whether I stick with Robins, he needs to show us something. I’d be less out if we were unlucky in these matches but so far we deserve to be where we are.

You always get what you deserve after 90 minutes.

Yeah that's the thing, probably would have been more with Wilson playing

I know, and to be fair the comments towards the players at the end that they weren’t good enough and need to sort it out were only from the minority, although justified in my opinion - some of the players seemed to agree, but Robins tried to suggest we should applaud no matter what, and the players didn’t deserve to be questioned….

If that’s his stance then I would like someone to ask him who he believes is responsible for the current shit show - would be an interesting answer, if he gave a truthful one rather than more diplomatic bullshit
