We have no penetration from midfield around the box this year, no smart passes into space or overlaps. Strikers are out of form and we always look like we can concede silly goals. That's down to players not being brave or being stupid on the ball, they look mentally shot when they walk over the white line. Call for MR's head is all well and good but the choices of managers out there aren't good and it would still be the same players. I hope he fixes it but it's a results business but these players look woefully short of confidence.

The only reason King would get rid of Robins is if attendances dropped which let's be honest they ain't going to

Season tickets will drop off a cliff next season if this continues.

Even if they don’t, if we go down Kings asset halves in value

Most of you lot are so fickle its actually sad. MR has shit going on behind the scenes of course he’s not gonna be 100% focussed and in the right mind, if I were him I’d take a break. But it shows his strong will to keep going and trying especially when half the fanbase are on his back
8 points, 10 games. He looks broken. Time to go. That is reality

It's worse than that.

'let Tavares run around like mad'

Tactical genius right there

Pressing their defenders who didn't like being pressed. What a mental idea.

It's funny really considering that people are defending the bloke who only does like for like changes regardless of what's happening on the pitch.

you surely don’t believe this? Almost as bad as saying the table doesn’t settle till April …

don’t think I can cope with the IQ level around here. Astounding!
Any time you'd like an IQ bet I'll be more than happy to take it, for as much as you can find.

I think lose on Tuesday and then it's time for a change

There is definitely ability in this group of players and should be pushing the top half of the table, and they should all be looking at themselves in the mirror and doing better than what they are

However it is the manager's/coaching staff to motivate these players and give them sufficient induction to implement tactics correctly and both aspects clearly aren't happening

If we lose Tuesday then Robins needs to go

They’re being told to pack the 6 yard box at corners but still concede there anyway. Time to stop copying Pep and use some common sense.

BTA is perfectly capable of pressing.

If you're bringing Tavares on you're either bringing him on instead of Wright, BTA or Sakamoto or you're playing without a midfield, neither of which make sense.

Gutted to say it but think the end is nigh. Just don’t see things changing and think he’s probably got until the Sunderland game.

The group seem to be sinking without the characters of old to steady the ship.

It’s not a lost cause yet but think Doug is going to make a change sooner or later.

hoping Doug comes out and fully backs robins ( and not in the usual backing way) I’d say majority of fans don’t want robins gone either, pull together, Doug robins and us fans, it’s the first time in a while we’ve had a rough patch let’s not turn on the manager , stick with it,

After they went 1-0 up, we looked like we scored a legit goal which was wrongly ruled out, their keeper pulled off a great save (Thomas) and wright missed from 5 yards. It’s not as if we didn’t create anything

how many points do we get for creating a chance? and if that’s a measure of whether we deserved anything, Preston had far more chances

we had one shot on target - that’s not enough to win the game when the opposition has already scored

I don't think it was abysmal if I'm honest but it's your opinion so if that's how you saw it then fair enough
Yeah, I don't think we were abysmal either.

Very poor in the final third, with that final ball and some poor shooting, but besides that, we weren't that bad

It wasn't a good performance by a long chalk and wasn't good enough, but I think it's wrong to say that it was abysmal

If you read I also said sakamoto could have gone into the front 3 to press.
