Salted are my favourite and water is a must, but I'm hoping he's smart enough to go for a matching option of Chicken crisps with a chicken and bacon sandwich or Cheese and Onion (McCoys of course) with a Cheese and onion sandwich. The only instructions I've given are no prawns. I'll report back later.

I think just refill the feeder and leave it in one spot. If you keep chopping and changing it around then I think you'll get inconsistent results.

To be fair, to each other they really can be. I think someone did a study about what it took to trigger the robin and apparently all it needed was the red bit on the breast for them to attack.
