Moaning about us being too narrow 🤣

Not sure what he's going on about now. A random rant about the players not being level.

Moaning about them shit housing.

We had 2 championship stand out wingers on the pitch in Wright and Sakamoto so if we were too narrow there is only only set of people to blame and it isn't the players..
But it seems Saka had to play inside because Torp was carrying a knock.

As soon as Saka moved wide, we looked a lot better.

Course we playing narrow you’ve set us up to have three central midfielders and two wing options which were 2 v1 due to their shape?

He was angry there. Some interesting but strange comments. The sort of stuff you hear from managers struggling.

Rudoni was fit. He plays that position. MR picked our best fit no. 8/10 and played him at LWB because it looked good for a bit vs. Luton. He could've started:

Dovin

MVE
Thomas
Binks
Da Silva

Sheaf
Eccles
Rudoni

Sakamoto
Thomas Assante
Wright

and none of those choices would've raised any eyebrows. Players in their best positions, picked on merit or as a decent option if others aren't fit.

Robins has generally interviewed well and I've always seen what he's on about up until recently.

Once a manager starts babbling nonsense in an interview it's generally time up.

Why do so many mistake an argument that says we aren’t in the midst of unfettered footballing Armageddon as excusing Robins? He’s having a non coherent spell of thinking. We’re suffering for it. But he’ll get it right. You’ll not find many people in any walk of life who get it right all the time.

Yeah it's weird.

He said the other week in an interview he had to wait for the players to get in at half time to speak to them.

Why?
Every other coach does this, saw it today when we finally changed shape in the 60th.

I love Mark and am trying to not be too doom and gloom but he’s been out thought today and I’m sorry but he needs to adapt. Refs will keep allowing it so take advantage

I do not expect him to get it right all of the time but with the exception of one or two games we have been shite for 6 months.

Did our coaching staff do any homework on Derby , as Robin’s seemed to know how they would play , but did nobody pass on the important information to our players , as we were shambolic ?

Scary and in my opinion how he’s put that on the players is a shambles.

They were targeting our pace in centre backs by doubling up and due to how high our wingbacks were they just moved past them.

There lack of press in CM meant the space created by binks and the underlay had nowhere to go. When we woke up and changed it to a 4-3-3 we solved a lost of issues but Jesus when fans are calling for it how the fuck does the coaching staff not react.

TBF lads you can't blame Robins for everything, he's talking about the decision making of players on the pitch.. You don't have to change formation to make players do a basic thing like find space, they're teaching this basic to my 6 year old in his team at the moment.
