I’ve not said anything to you in the slightest, I was simply replying to someone about the fact they don’t like polls, and okay fair enough it’s not everyone’s thing but personally I find it interesting what people are thinking, not everyone else does. I’ll admit I’ve been undecided on Robins’ tenure in recent months but I’ve not once called for him to leave so this idea of yours that I’m smiling about something is ridiculous. It’s a sad day for our club, going around calling people “an arsehole” out of the blue isn’t making anything better.

It’s not interesting to everyone but I’m sure some find it mildly interesting, it’s just a little throwaway titbit really, nothing that important.

I’m not sure why everyone thinks I’m happy btw, maybe it’s the way I type out thoughts or certain ideas I have but I’m genuinely not a joker or a wind-up merchant or someone that likes to offend people. I’ve never been about offending people or making posts as a gag, it’s just sad if people do that on a fan forum, it’s an online forum, it means nothing and if people get a kick out of winding up people on a forum for no reason then that’s pretty sad tbh. So I’m not happy that Robins has gone but I’m optimistic for the team, one, because we have to be and, two, because something wasn’t right under Robins in the last 6-8 months.

Apparently questioning robins was a deadly sin but calling for the beheading of Doug King and all the players spineless cunts is fair game.

Some people completely have the blinkers on and Robins could do no wrong, everything is the fault of the owners, coaches or players based on various scenarios concocted inside their heads.

Reasonable discussion clearly isn’t possible at the moment.

Yeah absolutely mate, I’m glad at least someone else is seeing it similarly to me (although maybe that’s a bad thing for your reputation on here if your opinion matches with mine ).

Perhaps the whole poll thing is a bit too soon, my bad, but it was asked with genuine heart about the matter, I’m not laughing at people, or even at Robins, as some think. I feel quite sorry for Robins tbh but at the same time we’ve just lost to Derby at home after having a pretty bad run of results, so I can see why he’s been sacked. The more I’ve seen of this season the more I couldn’t shake the feeling something wasn’t right between the way Robins wanted to manage the club and the way the club is currently set up or how the owner wants it to be managed, something just didn’t feel right to me. So I’m not happy Robins has gone but I’m mildly optimistic for our future.
