Really without sounding overly dramatic these 2 players give everything every match .

I think lati does try but his ability is limited

We have 2 players here doing too much work in their respective positions because others around them to be blunt cannot be fucked to work hard and do their jobs properly when things arent going their way .

We have a captain who's about as much a captain as I am a 100m hurdler but is also making the same mistakes he made when he arrived on loan years ago, we have a striker who can score goals but thinks that affords him the right to work hard as and when he can be fucked , and the same goes with our right wing/fullback who this season seems to have forgotten how to play the game he was so good at last season , if you want to go back to Holland please by all means fuck off but whilst you are here wearing sky blue you fucking WORK and graft for this team .

You know I'm a reasonable man when it comes to players and sure I believe the manager is making mistakes , but I feel like we've got some egos in this team that don't align with the ability and they are letting not just the manager down but the supporters down on a regular basis .

In January we need a couple of experienced leaders in this team not just to give it the balance it needs but the voices and leadership needed to help drag these players to points and performances on the pitch because Last night was truly pathetic , I don't ever want to go to OUR stadium and watch OUR team not give everything for this club it's fans and it's manager ever again .

We've got where we are through hard work , that's the one fundamental we seem to have lost as a unit

People still keep bigging MVE up.

To me he has been pretty average at best in most games this season and when we play wing backs he is extremely poor.

Last night he was abysmal.

Sheaf clearly wants out and his attitude is disappointing.

Think you can add Lati into that too. The giving it their all every game.

Even MVE has given up now. It’s difficult, once people’s heads drop and the mentality has gone it’s no easy task to get everyone going again.

It's so weird he's poor as a wing back because he has all the attributes to play the role

With these players though they switch it on and off pretty unpredictably. Could we see a barnstorming performance in a few days? Would be typical of this group.

Think there is definitely something in what Robins said last night where we seem to have a squad who have a really fine line between a casual over confidence after a few wins, and then zero confidence when we lose.
Heads drop so quickly after a mistake, I think that's where a McFadzean type leader would be really valuable

You’d be mistaken for thinking most of them post on here on that basis!

In my opinion he struggles from a lack of support from Lati.

You look at the opposite side, Binks drives forward to open up space and options.

How many times does Lati drive forward to create the space for Milan to run into? How many times does he play the ball ahead of him?

Milan spends the game receiving the ball with his back to goal on the halfway line. He has to do everything himself.

His best performances here have been in partnership with Sakamoto down the right, one always covers the other or can track back. Agree he doesn’t have a link with someone in this system.

But when you keep changing the shape and selection, this is one of the consequences.

Lack of competition, needs addressing in the window, along with the midfield

Both should've been the priority in the summer

It has been the main difference from when we were in League 2, we may not have had amazing players but they still gave it their all.

It really does need a Doyle or Roy Keane type who wouldn't allow anything but 100% to be given. (Player wise)

The only two (outside of Lati and BTA) that fight for the badge, only difference to the other two is that they have more quality so are recognised a lot more
