I'd rather see Alan Carr having a go than this ipad wanker. What has King done to this Club, he's destroying 8 years of work and progress because of his megalomania

Alan Carr at least has some knowledge. His Dad was manager of Northampton Town

Wonder why he was chose to step up?
One of the back room staff who doesn’t appear to have played professional level, and his LinkedIn page makes interesting reading - claims transfer fees of over £150m, and experienced with Premier League, Champions League and International level, yet his ‘experience’ lists none of those, unless Swansea and Cardiffs time in the Premier League counts as ‘international’ 🤣 (both just out of the screen shot)

Why is having never been a pro footballer an issue?

The Germans have pioneered it but loads of people instead of slogging on with what would be a atbest meh playing career take up coaching at an earlier age.

Feel for this guy he is getting absolute pelters - king should have announced himself as interim manager and taken it like a man.

All he has to do is play square pegs in square holes ….. just imagine Milan at right back with say Saka ( one of our many wingers …… & others are available ) playing ahead of him ….. would that not be a start ?

You mean like Robins did against Stoke, Oxford, Norwich etc?

It says he has experience developing players that went on to that level, not that he worked at that level.

Don’t really get the iPad thing tbh? I see them in most technical areas these days, it’s not just our lot using them

As silly as it is I suppose it’s just something people have latched onto that separates the new from the old because people are wedded to the idea of old school AV dishing out bollockings to snowflake players and that resonates with their broader political philosophy while giving a simple explanation to the drop in form.

Because people are still stuck in the 80s and chronic underfunding from our previous owners have led our fans to believe we’ve taken a bizarre turn but embracing modern techniques

Funny how the "old school" method has worked wonders and the new stat driven iPad era has failed to deliver.
